Wonderful service and prompt replies via email from the very first contact. The work itself was done within two working days, and seem to be of high quality. I'm very pleased with it. I haven't yet received the hard copies in the post (I just confirmed the translation was satisfactory), but I'm sure they'll be delivered promptly, too. As a private client who's never had any professional translation work done before, the price was initially a little bit mind-boggling. However, having gone through the process, I understand why the price is what it is, and why it's definitely worth it. Having looked at competing companies, Rosetta's prices seem fair, so I was probably a little bit naîve when I started my search anyway.

My request was for a Portugese medical report translation with terminology not familiar to the ordinary person.
