I am so pleased I went with Roland to clean my large rug. He made a superb job of it. It’s brighter and cleaner and we’re so happy, especially with Roland’s very competitive pricing. Roland anlso cleaned 2 wee landings the dog had dirtied. They’re good as new. Also he’s really nice and works efficiently. We will be back next year.

Roland was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and did a great job on our carpets. He took several rugs away to be cleaned which was helpful.

I had my lounge, hall and daughters bedroom carpets cleaned and they look like new. With a busy household, a very active dog and a teenager who likes to drop makeup on the carpet, Roland had his work cut out for him and I'm so impressed, although not surprised, at the results. Arrived on time, very pleasant to have in the house, cleans up equipment etc immaculately and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back again.

Having had a very favourable experience of Roland's work and service several years ago, we did not hesitate to use him again on 8th February. On this occasion, he cleaned 25-year-old fitted carpets on our stair and three upstairs bedrooms - carpets with a number of tea and coffee stains as well as decades of dirt. Our expectations were not high but after four hours work with his impressive equipment, Roland left the carpets only a little damp. Now completely dry, it is evident that they have been transformed and look almost new with restoration of colour and pile as well as virtually complete eradication of stains. We are delighted with the result and with the pride which Roland has taken in his work and customer relations. We will not hesitate to use him again and can recommend him without reservation. Contacted Roland regarding 9 years plus fairly inexpensive carpeting which was well used by a busy family in a rental property. I was very sceptical when he honestly told me he could clean the carpets but obviously not restore worn pile. So glad I went ahead as the results are AMAZING. Painters working at the house commented the same, actually said they were like new. Roland himself is a an exceptionally professional person to deal with from start to finish. All our carpets were cleaned and two Persian rugs were taken away, cleaned and returned. We are delighted with how much cleaner, fresher and lighter everything has turned out. "I'll be there at 9am" - 8:58 and the Rolmar van turns up on the drive. Always a good start. A few minutes to get all the carpet cleaning gubbins in and off he went. Two carpets; and both came up great, including the odd spots on the dining room carpet. Feels a shame to be walking on them again. We would definitely recommend Roland to potential customers, he's genuinely a nice man and does a great cleaning job at a reasonable price. We've two sofas needing to done now….
