About Rodic Davidson Architects
Rodic Davidson Architects is a RIBA Chartered practice offering architecture, interior design and project management from a studio in Bloomsbury, central London. Founded in 2006 by Ben Davidson and SiniĊĦa Rodic, the practice works largely within London's most tightly controlled settings - Grade I and Grade II Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas, and estate-managed streets across Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, and Belgravia.
Much of our value to clients lies in planning. Obtaining Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent on sensitive or logistically difficult sites is central to what we do, and two decades of close engagement with London's planning authorities and heritage bodies sit behind that record. We are equally at home on rural and heritage projects beyond the capital, from listed farmsteads and barns to country houses across Suffolk, Norfolk and the wider south east of England.
We tend to take on design-led refurbishments, extensions and new builds where the existing fabric matters and clients' commercial interests are real. Our in-house team, Rodic Davidson Interiors, carries that thinking through to furniture, joinery and finishes. Recent residential work includes Sartor House, a refurbishment on Carlyle Square in Chelsea.
Client-led and judgement-driven, we bring the same care to every commission, whatever its scale or location. To discuss a listed building, a conservation area property, or a prime central London home, please get in touch.
Rodic Davidson Architects offers architecture, interior design, conservation and project management under one roof, working with private clients, developers and institutional owners across London and the wider UK. We lead each project from first sketch to completion with the same team throughout.
Our service runs from feasibility and concept through planning, technical design and construction, with a strong record of obtaining Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent in demanding contexts across Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster and Camden. Appointments are tailored to suit, from planning-only commissions to full design and delivery. Our in-house interiors team carries that thinking through to furniture and finishes.
Two decades of work sit behind Rodic Davidson Architects. Since 2006 we have refurbished some of the finest residences in central London and worked extensively on listed and rural properties beyond the capital, building a portfolio that ranges from Grade II* townhouses to farmsteads, hotels and new-build homes.
That experience is reflected in the projects and recognition that have followed: North Vat in Dungeness, winner of a RIBA South East Regional Award; Soho Square, the first Grade II* listed domestic refurbishment in England to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating; and long-standing work at The Dilly, a Grade II* listed hotel on Piccadilly. It is this depth on complex, constrained sites that clients return to us for.0 FreeIndex Reviews
