My skill set has been acquired over a period of forty years on and off, I am fit and use the gym every other day. Every job that I do is to the best of my ability. I am able to work alongside or in conjuction with others.

You tell me what you would like doing, how, when and where and I will do it just the way that you have asked. I will offer you the way that I would usually approach each task and then follow your final instructions, its your project, your home, which makes you the boss.

My rate is £25 per hour paid at the end of each day, I have worked up to fifteen hour days when the customer really needed me to, although I prefer a maximum of twelve hours. I usually take two 15 minute breaks throughout the day usually around 11:00 and 15:00 for which I do not charge.
