We ware profoundly deaf, I was especially impressed by your very good British Sign Language skill (Maz), you made communication very easy and comfortably. Roccia 5* all the way. Superb showroom with great displays for inspiration. From the start they allowed us to borrow a tile to match up to our decor, gave us a great discount, recommended a great tiler, delivered on time and provided a fabulous product - which looks superb in our home. We had excellent customer service from Anis and Lesley, who worked really hard to ensure everything coordinated fantastically, easily and smoothly. We can't recommend them highly enough. Just go there you will not be disappointed.

At Last a business that cares for clients nothing is too much trouble and every member of staff is very courteous even a problem I had was put right without an argument just "one moment sir I will fix it" and it was fixed to MY satisfaction.
