Several years ago during a trip to the USA, I discovered Peppermint Bark - a festive speciality consisting of layered milk and white chocolate and mint candy cane. Being a lover of all 'mint flavoured' chocolate, I tried in vane to find it in the UK, before finally giving up and deciding to have a go making it myself.

After lots of successful taste testing and positive feedback from family and friends, I left my job in the NHS and forayed into the world of the chocolatier! Robins and sons fine handmade 'Chocolate Crackle' was born and since then, the product range has grown to include a host of other 'Deliciously Different' treats, including 'Orange Chocolate Crackle' and 'Sicilian Lemon Crunch' - both flavoured using the natural fruit oil extracts, 'Purist' range (decadent 80% dark chocolate), and 'Dipped Oranges' - whole, succulent, Spanish orange slices in a crisp milk or dark chocolate shell.
