I’ve been specialising in Equity Release since 2005 and have helped many clients over the years, providing them with best financial advice in their quest to maintain or enhance living standards; whether that be by taking more holidays, clearing debts, doing home improvements, or maybe even helping family.

There is no pressure whatsoever to make a decision. I go at your (the client's) pace, and only if equity release is the right solution, and you are in agreement, then we will proceed on with the process.

I am happy to provide face to face home visits, or if preferred, we can do things over the phone, and through the post, or speak via Zoom or Teams. Face to face is usually better, but I can cover all over the UK, and I provide ongoing contact and support where required as the years go by. I have many happy clients, and I follow the mantra of 'what would I do if I were you', and treat my clients as if they were my own family.

No fees are payable upfront, and any fees are only paid at completion, when funds are released, and the fees are usually paid from the funds being released, which most of my clients prefer (rather than depleting existing funds in the bank).
