Contacted Nigel with ongoing problem with Passat, displaying several problems from ECU. He arrived as arranged on time and diagnosed two problems. He resolved issues promptly and professionally talking me through processes as he progressed. Would definately use service again and recommend to others.

Contacted nigel re a problem with our bmw airbag, within minutes he had found the fault and arranged the repair, very good value for money and very polite and honest we would recommend to anyone.

Nigel provided a clear explanation of what has proved to be a difficult problem to solve (i. E one of many possible causes). He arrived promptly, carried out the work efficiently and solved to the problem - at a cost much less than the garage quoted. I always felt in control of the decision making - which you don't get when you take your car to the garage. Would I use him again and would I recommend him to others? Definitely - Yes!

Used Road Runner today after our Fiesta lost power whilst driving and wouldn't start again. Friendly, polite service and a logic approach which was very reassuring. Problem identified and resolved in the first hour (included in his callout charge) - so excellent value for money. Dread to think what I might have paid if I'd taken it somewhere else and they'd failed to find the root cause.

I had a problem on my corsa which nobody else had been able to find ,they did a diagnostic fault find for me and found the fault and put the fault right in a very Professional manner . They were very helpfull and friendly.
