Initial service was promising, but follow up has been completely unacceptable. I had an auto watering system installed last year that has continually had faults, and leaks- two from poor connections and missing clips that RMP confirmed should have been in place from initial installation. My calls and emails are ignored, leaving me to find an alternative company to come and fix the mess. Disappointing.
