Terrible, unreliable service, no responsibility taken for late deliveries, cannot rely on the company at all. I was totally let down by them, because my next day flyers order arrived too late (despite me paying extra £10 for a pre-noon delivery) and I was left to suffer financially as the result, not to mention the stress and the many unpleasant conversations with the sales representatives. I wasted two days trying to communicate with the company to find a solution. What I desperately needed and the only thing I expected them to do was to re-direct my parcel to Sweden, where I was at the time (the order arrived too late for me to take it with me from the UK), and Riverside initially agreed to do that. However, the next day I was contacted by a company representative saying it was no longer possible, at which point my options of arranging an alternative printing service locally were next to none (due to a local bank holiday) and prohibitively expensive. Then they tried to talk me into paying an extra £50 shipping fee to deliver my order to Sweden, but with no guarantee whatsoever as to when and if it would get there! Avoid them at all cost, if things go wrong they will not take any responsibility for fulfilling the conditions of your order and blame it on third parties, i. E. The courier, when in fact you are not given any choice at all how your order is shipped and you pay Riverside for the shipping. A full refund on my order was offered too late and was too little to make up for all the stress, lost time, as well as the financial and professional repercussions I suffered as the result of their lack of professionalism. To be asked to pay extra £50 for delivery costs when they didn't deliver their service in the first place was simply insulting. The staff at Riverside Printers were extremely helpful and saved me a tremendous amount of embarrassment when they found some errors in my artwork before it went to print, something I should have noticed myself! The turnaround was very quick indeed, the quality was brilliant and the price was unbelievably good. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be going back! Just got my leaflets printed by riversideprinters dot co dot ukI am just fine with everything, the website was easy to use and I was able to order online and pay too. Also I can upload my design to my order and when I made changes I can still overwrite that design. They called me the first day to let me know my design didnt have any bleeding and I should amend it which was great. The quality is excellent, the cut is neat and the 300gm glossy for the money is very reasonable. One thing is the advert said 2 sides but the order arrived 1 side but I knew it could be that way because mostly all charge over £100 for double sided I paid £70 for my 5000 leaflets. Delivered in a week as advertised and no questions asked so in all I would recommend this site for your printing needs when it comes to price and quick turn around and quality. I am amazed that a real person will deal with your design on the other side, and not a computer which is really unique and helpfull for begginers like me.
