Richard is great. He has recovered data for me and fixed my old laptop which was having serious problems and when I got a new laptop moved all my data over. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is happening and how to prevent the same problems from happening in the future. We were having problems with our wifi signals in different parts of the house where members of the family are now working from home. We are so glad that Richard was recommended to us. He came promptly and speedily sorted out our problems so that we now have excellent wifi signals over the whole house and even in the garden! Richard provided a very prompt and efficient service when my hard drive failed, accurately diagnosing the problem over the phone, giving good advice on the solution and then, over a period of about 8 hours, collected my tower, replaced the hard drive, restored all my data and files, and returned the tower. He readily gave me further advice over the phone to help me find one or two elusive folders.

I was recommended to Richard by my previous computer tech who retired three years ago. I sought Richard's advice from time to time when I had a problem, and he gave generously of his expertise although no immediate business was likely to ensue. When I bought a new desktop, using his product recommendation, I asked him to transfer everything from my old one. He did this within 24 hours and I now have a very much quicker and clearer computer, and the comfort of knowing Richard is happy to advise if I have a problem.
