Mark O’Dell was very helpful throughout my course in answering any query I had and helping to navigate the software used in the completion of the course. I will be recommending this service to fellow employees in the pub industry.

I have just completed the Level 3 award in Education and Training with RTA and it has been a great experience which has enhanced my CV. Above all, I have learnt a lot! Learning was a combination of online (distance) and face-to face sessions, with the initial couple of tutor seasons on zoom, which worked really well. All of the course material was provided upfront after payment was made. I received the latest physical copy of 'The Award In Education and Training - Ann Gravells' book through the post, along with all other course via email/dropbox. I would submit work for my portfolio in stages, which was promptly reviewed by Mark my tutor, and useful feedback was always given. Mark was always at the end of an email with any questions I had and always with a prompt response. The use of dropbox to share files and store portfolio work was great. Everything was easily accessible for both myself and tutor. Delighted with my choice to use RTA for this qualification and will most definitely use them again in the future.Moreexpand_more

The course and exam were brilliant the only but that was confusing was that there is no instructions on how to close the exam after you have finished it I had to ask the tech support what to do as it left a black screen.

I used Richmond training associates to qualify for a training level three award. The instruction and feedback at all times enabled me to progress at the speed I was comfortable with and in a way that allowed me to develop naturally. Once training has been completed the team supported by evidence-based project work giving feedback and guidance to enable me to complete the required documentation in a relatively short time and allowed me to focus on what was needed while also giving praise where the work was seen to be above the required standard. Whole exercise has proved worthwhile will benefit both myself and my company in the long run.

I chose Richmond Training Associates to embark on and complete my Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Throughout the course Mark was very knowledgeable and supportive, particularly when I was having to complete the assignments which form a large majority of the course. The resources that Mark provided were relevant to the course and of a quality that enabled me to successfully complete the course. All in all a thorough and well structured course with great support and service throughout. Thank you.

Very comprehensive training for 'Award in Education and Training' and something that I have easily transferred to my role to improve the experience for my own learners. Love the way the training was intersperced with real life experiences from both the trainer and the other learners.

Open Water Lifeguard Course 1st – 3rd April 2019 Location - Budworth Sailing Club, Cheshire My colleague and I enrolled upon this course as we manage an Open Water swimming venue during the summer months. Having looked at the RLSS website we both felt this course would be appropriate to our requirements. Once enrolled we received all of the necessary information in time for our attendance. Mark, the course trainer, had excellent knowledge of the course structure, subject matter and all aspects of the theory and practical assessments required to be undertaken and successfully passed. His delivery methods were varied and encouraged a warm friendly atmosphere within the group helping us all to learn the required skills. His enthusiasm even extended to that when practicing a number of daily drills in the chilly waters of the mere! Mark was able to fully explain the assessment process and the opportunity to practice these practical requirements of the course were really useful. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to enrol on this course or similar to contact this course and training provider for further details.

Everyone enjoyed the course and felt that Simon put the course over in a very useful way. We have taken parts on board already and looking at other things that need changing. Simon didn't use notes he just knew it and made everyone feel at ease. I would definetly recommend Richmond Training in the future as it was recommended to me.

Mark has a very professional and relaxed style of teaching which instantly puts you at ease. He also uses scenarios and puts details of learning into context making it individualised to your needs. We run an Openwater business, organise triathlons and events around in the sea and Lakes/Lochs. This particular course for us was invaluable and definately value for money.

I attended a PTTLS course run by Mark ODell of Richmond Training. From start to finish Mark ran a learner friendly course and was always on hand (Even during homework sessions)to offer advice and support. Mark ran the course with the right level of learning and humour and even though I had very little experience of some of the subjects covered helped me develop my teaching skills and course development techniques. I would highly reccomend both Richmond and Mark to anyone considering attending one of their courses.
