This is the second occasion on which I’ve used the talents of Richard Linnett. The extremely efficient way in which he works allows maximum time for his. Photography which, once again, has proved to be both immaculate and stunning. This time, he came to my house for the photo-shoot of a beautiful young lady, in room settings and in the garden. The results are absolutely marvellous and I cannot recommend this man highly enough. Thank you again, Richard …. Until the next time. .

Richard, you are extremely polite, sociable and you worked very hard to ensure we had an amazing wedding day. We have never been the type of people who like to have our photo taken but you really put us at ease when we first met you. Your communication prior to, and the run up to the wedding was great. With such a big wedding party, it can’t have been easy to get people in the right place but you did, ensuring you got the best shots. On the day you made taking photos fun and we enjoyed having you there (our friends still laugh to us about you and your ladder). We cannot thank you enough for the amazing pictures you have taken and the quality is perfect. You really went out of your way to ensure these were the best photos and we really appreciate the extra little touches. Richard was the photographer for our Wedding at the beginning of this month and we couldn't have found anyone better! When we first booked we received a complimentary Engagement Shoot which we were both very glad about as we needed MUCH practice taking pictures before the wedding! He made us feel very comfortable and also gave us some tips for our Wedding Day photos. The pictures taken were perfect! On the big day he arrived at the venue early and took the time to walk around the venue and take some pictures before taking the Bridal Preparations photos. Richard provided a personal and professional service and was well liked by everyone at our wedding. He also made the experience very fun! As well as taking formal pictures, he also took informal ones which definitely captured the atmosphere of the day. He was very creative and took pride in his work. The pictures are absolutely amazing! We couldn't be happier! I would also like to mention Richard's wife, Oona. Oona was our harpist for the wedding and she did an absolute fantastic job! I always like Ricahrd's photography and like the way he capture the special moment of the person. When I know we have a special guest - Jeremy Corbyn is coming and visiting our centre, I asked Richard if he can come and help us to capture this special event. Richard's real professionalism was amazing. He arrived well in advance and just get on with the work. As we need the photos very quickly for the press, he send all the photos to us by the evening to meet the deadline. Richard really helped us documented the special event. Thank you. Richard was an absoloute delight to have as our photographer! Professional, patient, creative and made me and my husband feel very comfortable. Our guests even commented on how great he was and I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for future photography! Thank you Richard.

Our wedding was on 11th August 2016 at St Margaret's Church, Wrenbury, then at Wrenbury Hall Cheshire. Obviously I would presume that every bride and groom wants/needs a photographer to help capture the essence of their special day but Richard was the most perfect photographer a couple could ask for. As soon as we booked him we knew we could trust him - he always responded promptly to all our emails. We met him 6 months in advance at his studio for our engagement shoot. This was a valuable service which will surely settle any camera-shy grooms and brides. He is very enthusiastic and literally climbs ladders if he has to, he understands what is important for the day. He pictured the venues before guests arrived to capture their natural beauty. He organised the where-abouts of people to ensure we had all the shots we wanted, he brought his sense of humour to the day and made sure every little detail was captured. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy…even staying on longer than we expected. He was able to sink into the background when needed, but also take charge when appropriate. We also booked his wife Oona who plays the Harp. She provided an extra touch of class to our wedding breakfast. Richard took over a thousand photo's on the day and we have seen them all and love them all! The quality of the images are exceptional. Richard clearly knows what to do with the images and how to make you look your best. He even tells you which poses look good. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for anything more. There are wedding photographers and there is Richard Linnett. We came across Richard whilst looking for a photographer for our wedding at Rookery Hall in July 2015. After looking through Richard’s online gallery and reading some of the reviews we knew that he would be the right man for the job. After deciding which one of Richard’s excellent wedding packages to go for, we were invited to an engagement photoshoot at his studio in Chester. Richard is a great guy, and has a real passion for what he does. The engagement shoot was a real laugh, and Richard made us feel very welcome and at ease instantly. The photos which came out from the engagement shoot were stunning. On the wedding day Richard turned up nice and early and caught the arrival of all of the guests. Along with the wedding co-ordinator Richard was fantastic at getting everyone organised for the photos. The photos which came out from the wedding are first class, and we are so happy with them. Along with a well presented DVD containing all of the photos, Richard produced a wedding album. The wedding album is beautiful. Richard organised the photos to get everything in we wanted without making it look to crammed. Kirsty and myself are very pleased with the outcome. Finally we would like to mention Oona, Richard’s wife. Kirsty wanted a harpist for the wedding, and it just so happened that Oona is a harpist. Oona did a fantastic job and it was a pleasure to work with Oona, and to have her play at our wedding. From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank Richard for his professionalism and the excellent photographs he has produced. Also we extend the same thanks to Oona. You both were brilliant. Richard photographed our loopy dalmation called Sam. Natural surroundings on Sams daily walk helped capture fantastic shots of him. Richard caught the dogs character in the shots he made happen and made myself and and Sam feel very much at home on our daily walk.

Could not fault anything. Amazing photographs and great person to have at our wedding to take them for us.

Richard recently gave up his new year's day to be our wedding photographer and he was amazing! He made everyone feel very at ease and we hardly noticed he was there and yet he has produced a brilliant range of beautiful photographs that really capture all the special moments of the day. We also had an engagement photo-shoot about 6 months ago and Richard was really accommodating - he followed us all around Chester taking photos of us in places that we went to on our first ever date and the results were really impressive. We really loved having Richard at our wedding and he really was one of the wedding guests as far as we were concerned because he was so lovely to be around.

We would highly recommend Richard to other people. Last Year he did our engagement portrait and wedding then most recently a family shoot with our new addition. Richard made us feel at ease every time and has got the patience of a saint as we are both so particular. We have always been delighted with the photographs produced and would be sure to see him again in the future if we are ever brave enough to have baby number two!

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience with Richard and will most certainly look in his direction again for future shoots. I'm never normally one who feels at ease "posing" for photo's for a prolonged period of time, but Richard's direction and both friendly and professional personality eased me right in to the whole thing; he made it comfortable and enjoyable throughout and the time flew by!

Me and my husband were looking for a photograper 18 months before our wedding and come across richard linnett, we knew we wanted him to capture our special day on 1st sept 2012 from that moment, great value for money a very professional photograper that is willing to listen to what you want, me being a fussy bride wanted to make sure I knew some of the pictures were exactly what I wanted so I give richard a list and he did every picture on there and alot lot more to, I also was very pleased with the time he has for children as he wasnt fussed about there being 28 running around while he was trying to capture the moment! We will look back at our wonderful pictures in years to come and will recommend richard linnett to anyone and everyone. X.

My wife and would recommend Richard to anyone looking for Wedding Photographer. Richard is friendly, professional and is an excellent photographer. Liaising with Richard in the lead-up to the wedding day itself was never a problem, and once the big day arrived Richard set about capturing some absolutely fantastic shots.

This was the first professional photoshoot that my 4 year old daughter has had. She can be quite shy (and silly! ) but Richard made her feel at ease straight away, which made the shoot an enjoyable experience for her. I am extremely pleased with all of the photographs and I feel that Richard captured my daughters personality perfectly. I highly recommend Richard and would definately work with him again. Richard was so accommodating and hospitable during our recent portrait sitting. We had never had a family portrait together before and certain members were quite reluctant, but the whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. He went out of his way to put everybody at ease and make the atmosphere relaxed, he was absoulutely brilliant with the young children and so patient while trying to capture the perfect photographs. The family portrait for my mum was exactly what we had hoped for, but there were so many other special photos taken that day that my family will cherish forever.
