Bought vacuumcleaner bags from here, and a few lightbulbs. Also Barry Newton ordered some resistors for my Rega Planar3 record player for me. Mike.

Ordered 2 bathroom heaters and a ceiling light late on Friday 1st August. Shipped on Monday 4th and received here in Portugal on the morning of Friday 8th. I could hardly believe the speed of delivery and, as usual with Rhyl Lightworks, the packaging was very good and the quality of product excellent value. Thanks for the superb service. I purchased a 2 Bar electric fire on 18/1/13 from Rhyl works which developed a fault with one of the bars stopping working. The company were very helpful at this point and sent a replacement. The second fire also developed a fault with sparking coming from the faulty bar. This time the company were less than helpful and said liquid has been allowed to fall on both fires or water from a sink. The fires were situated in an office with no sink so this is not possible and drinks have not been allowed to fall on it. Barrie has told me there is dried up liquid on the fire I returned but this did not occur when the fire was being used by me. Sadly Barrie has ignored my concerns that the fire is a hazard and suggests that I am being dishonest in how I say the fires have been used. I feel very upset with the service I have received and the lack of concern at my worries that someone else may have purchased a faulty fire in this style. Maybe I have just been very unlucky sadly I am put off buying this sort of product on line. I plan to get a qualified electrician to take a look at the fire and assess the fault.I am very sad to have to write this complaint as the company have so many great reviews. Ordered two replacement elements for an old fire which cost £19 instead of replacing the fire which would have cost £68. Pleased my mother no end (she is 98 and extremely attached to her old fire - new fangled fires just don't make the grade in her opinion! ) Service was terrific, cannot be faulted. Exactly what we wanted, delivered the next day. No fuss, no bother.

The bulb I needed was very easy to locate on their detailed website and at a great price too. Well packaged and a fast delivery completed an excellent service.

I sent an email to Barrie asking for advice regarding a battery-operated product suitable for lighting a loft. Was recommended a more suitable, less expensive product instead. Delivery times were quicker than stated and everything arrived in good order. Their order and delivery processes are clearly defined and excellent value for money. Rhyl Lightworks are clearly a reliable and genuine company that care about their customers and their service. I wish more companies/websites would operate in this manner.

I needed a door switch to replace one which was causing an electrical short in my larder and Rhyl had one for a reasonable price,I purchased it and it was delivered very promptly and did the job perfectly.

Exceptional service, could not find what I needed anywhere else on the Internet. Rhyl Lightworks had what I required at a good price and it was despatched and delivered promptly with free delivery on my order. I Will return here when I next need anything to do with lighting, it was a great find the site is now bookmarked in my browser.

Very useful to find this company, which enabled me to rebuild two table lamps from scratch. I would recommend them as a source for all lighting spares and not expensive !

My order, which I made on-line and then updated by phone, was delivered the following morning. Rhyl Lightworks could not have been more helpful.

I bought my original decking lights from a clearance store and found a few of the units to be damaged. After finding the Lightworks website I was able to identify the manufacturer and find a replacement. The speed of delivery was amazing and the new light matched the originals perfectly. I will be ordering some more replacements shortly and highly recommend the Lightworks Co to anyone.

Required a table lamp fitting after one broke. Rhyl were one of very few places to stock this sort of item. The site was well set out and easy to navigate. Basically everything was quick and easy and the product was just what was needed, at a good price.
