You can not take anything out of Apple help desk ( Manchester) regarding quality of people and professionalism. So darn good. Never been disappointed. Always prompt,efficient and straight to the point. Only fly in the ointment for me was When they asked for the serial number of my device. I was on the road for 3 hours wanted to make the appt and would not confirm the appt until I had stopped and given it to them. Eye sight bad and if it wasn’t for hubby having a magnifying app on his phone we would not have been able to give it to them. Hence NO APPT. Just a little blip in a very organised company. Thanks guys it’s refreshing theses days to find so many positives in one company.
