Resale Refurbs Ltd is a London-based refurbishment company specialising in full home refurbishment, kitchen renovation and bathroom fitting across Barnet and North London. Every project we handle is managed from start to finish by our own team. For kitchen work that means stripping out the old kitchen, handling any plumbing or electrical changes, fitting the units and worktops, tiling and installing appliances. For bathrooms we cover everything from the strip out through to waterproofing, suite and shower installation, tiling and final decoration. Larger refurbishment projects are coordinated end to end with a single point of contact throughout. We never subcontract the core work.

The majority of our projects are based across the London Borough of Barnet including East Barnet, New Barnet, Chipping Barnet, High Barnet, Whetstone, Totteridge, Cockfosters and Friern Barnet. We have hands-on experience with older housing stock throughout the area including Victorian terraces, Edwardian semis and 1930s built properties. These homes have specific requirements around plumbing systems, wall construction and flooring that we assess properly before any work begins. Site visits and quotes are always free.
