I now have excellent working keys, the first ones opened the latch but would not turn for the deadlock, I contacted them and after a few days of photos, more info and a video the problem was sorted and I received the keys in perfect working order the next day. So from ordering the keys on Monday receiving the first faulty ones on Wednesday I had the correct ones on Saturday. The company was very helpful and keen to correct the problem for me. An excellent price too - I would highly recommend and use them myself again.

I ordered two keys cut from the code I supplied. Unfortunately, the first set was cut incorrectly due to a mix-up with the codes. However, the company quickly resolved the issue and sent replacement keys cut to the correct code at no additional cost and without any hassle or argument. This level of customer service was excellent and made the whole experience very positive. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that really matters, and they handled it professionally and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent, prompt service. I ordered duplicate keys for my Yale lock, at half the price that Yale charge themselves. Keys were dispatched within hours of my order, and arrived within two business days. As suggested, I had them sent to a different address, but the packaging was such that you wouldn't know there were keys in it. Despite that, there was no documentation inside the package, so if anyone managed to intercept the package, they would not have the actual address of the property the keys were for. .

This company were suggested by a key cutter as they are about a third of the cost of parent company. We sent a photo of the key as well as the part number to ensure accuracy and our new keys were delivered the following day. Excellent service thank you.

Excellent service, very professional company, I ordered six cut to code Kaba20 keys on different codes and all worked perfect first time, these were clearly cut on a high grade professional machine and they even machine etched the numbers on each key, very highly recommended company.
