2nd time I have purchased keys now and I highly rate Replacement keys ltd, the speed, cost and service are excellent.

Came across this website when looking for a key. I was unsure if the key would work but went ahead an ordered it. The site was extremely easy to use and the price was good. Delivery was exceptionally quicker than quoted. And the key worked. I will use this company again if I need any keys and would highly recommend to others looking for a key or keys.

Requested a Helix Key. Sent by post and arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately the key wasn't right and contacted the company they sent a replacement immeadiately which arrived the next day. Really good customer service, apologetic, very helpful and very prompt. Would use again.

Having provided the key number, the keys were made and despatched in quick time. Received within 2 days I am one happy customer.

I ordered a set of keys, and although there was an issue with the initial set, the problem was promptly identified. A replacement was issued without additional charge, despite the time that had elapsed between the original order and my email inquiry, which included a picture of the original key. The service was excellent and very accommodating.

A very easy to use website and very prompt delivery. Probably best to order more than one key to spread the cost of the postage. You also have to know specifically what the key is for to avoid ordering the wrong one with the same number!

I don't write reviews generally but this company deserves one, very helpful from the outset, cut the complicated key from two pictures I sent them pm on a Monday, key arrived Tuesday and worked perfectly, service doesnt get any better in my book. I needed a couple of spare door/ignition keys for my 33 year old camper. Sent in photos of key and the key was identified and the following day my two keys arrived. Work perfectly. Fantastic service.

I placed my order on line and literally within two days my keys arrived, beautifully packaged and the two keys I ordered (replacement garage door keys) worked like a dream. Can't recommend enough.
