Faulty xbox slim, taken to be repaired Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon my xbox360 was returned, in full working order. I had taken it to Paul in pieces as the last repair attempt by someone else had gone wrong. It was rebuilt properly, with the missing screws replaced, tested and guaranteed. I was very happy with the polite, professional service I received for not a lot of money. Well recommended.

Paul is a great guy and down to earth. I dropped off the console and picked it up a few hours later. Top workmanship and I'd recommend him to anyone thinking about getting a CoolRunner install if you don't want to do it yourself! 10/10 would use again.

Orange light on Playstation and unable to use for a year. Rang to get it fixed and was asked to bring for repair. Once delivered was advised may take two to three days for fixing. That very same day I had a phone call to say it was fixed. Have had it now for 2 months since repair and no issues. I would highly recommend for first class service, speed of repair and low price. Just wanted to give this company the kudos and praise it deserves, I have had a repair done by Paul when my old 360 was making a lot of noise, it was sorted in a very fast turnaround time and now I can play on my console without having to wear ear plugs to drown out the sound of the overworked fans. The price was extremely cheap and the workmanship is second to none, here is someone who truly takes pride in what he does and clearly has the tools and experience for the job. I would reccomend repair your xbox to anyone ( and I have done and they have been equally impressed). Fantastic service and thanks again.

I have used this service twice now for an old Xbox with two distinct problems each time. My emailed queries regarding fixing were quickly responded to. The quote for the work was affordable and the service was pleasant and really speedy. I cannot recommend this enough to people who might believe that its easier to replace than to get fixed. This is a great, affordable way to keep on using your Xbox even after RROD.

After sending in an XBox 360 to have the DVD drive replaced (not a straight forward job), I was surprised at how fast the work was carried out and returned to me now in full working order. A problem caused when I ordered incorrectly was sorted straightaway with a quick phone call. Not being an expert the help given (which was well over and above what I expected) and fast communication (within an hour every time) led to the xBox being successfully installed and working. I will most definitely use again.

Sent 3 Xbox DVD drives off to be flashed. Very low charge for service (I checked a few other companies)Excellent communication throughout via email. Sent Monday, received back Thursday morning. Will definitely be using again in the future.
