After my car accident, he took care of absolutely everything from start to finish, making the whole process completely stress-free. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, as Richard kept everything organised and handled everything so professionally. His communication, helpfulness and attention to detail were outstanding. What could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier thanks to him. I’m genuinely grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Richard and Repair It Smart to anyone. This is the second time I’ve used this company. Gary, Richard and the RiS team not only did a fantastic job on my rear bumper after someone crashed into me but they were great with communication and speed of work, getting me back on the road and to work. If you ever have an accident that’s not your fault. Please l, call them first. They will advice on damages but put you in touch with a solicitor who will handle the whole case, get hire cars, the lot. Best thing is I didn’t even need to let my insurer know so no increase in my premiums. All work paid for by the other insurance company. Couldn’t be happier.

Just picked up my beemer and the work undertaken to repair damage to door and repaint front bumper were done in a timely fashion with excellent results. Plus nearly 2k less than supposed equivalent quote. Well worth considering for repairs and paintwork. I would definitely recommend their sevice.
