Gary did a very thorough inspection of our car and took time to listen to the requirements. We had a sniff on the back wheel arch which didn't look great as well as a broken grill that affected the number plate at the front of the car. The quote was sent over and was clear, done swiftly. The communication was very good in explaining the process. Highly impressed by the personable and professional service received. The car looks so much better now and I would unreservedly recommend again. The price was reasonable and even if it had been slightly higher than other quotes (I can't day this as other companies failed to get back to me). I would have still come here. Was recommended by a friend. Went in to see Richard for some car tyres. Knew the front needed changing. His staff were friendly and was offered a cup of tea. Car tyres were checked and showed me which needed changing and the reasons. Didn't have the tyres I wanted in stock but ordered while I was there and 2 smdays later they were in stock. Quickest I have seen anyone get them in. Tyres all fitted and even did a battery check for me while I was there with a print out. Very professional, great service and a good price. This is the second time I have used this company to repair bodywork damage on my car. Both times the job was so perfect I thought I just bought a new car. They were kind to me letting me keep my car there for 6 weeks while they do the work when I had to go to Spain, even dropping me off at the station. I recommend this company fully.

We had our car scratched and Repair it Smart was recommended. Richard was great and our car was repaired to perfection. We also replaced the front tyres at the same time at a very good cost. We were so pleased with the service that I got damage in my other car repaired too. Quick and perfectly done.

Car was taken in for repair following 3rd party error, quick response, good communication and quick turnaround around compared to past involvement of other companies. Really pleased with the workmanship and transparency throughout the process.

Car was collected and dropped off on time, although the drop off got held up ( only 18min )due to an accident on the road ahead the driver still took the time to call me to notify me. Had a wing, bumper, headlight and bits fitted and the new wing sprayed. I dropped my van off on Thursday evening and picked it up Monday afternoon. Really helpful staff and excellent repair work. The quick turnaround of my vehicle was important to me as I run a small business and didn’t one of my vans off the road any longer than necessary.
