His knowledge and honesty made navigating through this stressful process very easy and I felt comfortable knowing I could trust him and the team. This is the second time I have used this company to repair bodywork damage on my car. Both times the job was so perfect I thought I just bought a new car. They were kind to me letting me keep my car there for 6 weeks while they do the work when I had to go to Spain, even dropping me off at the station. I recommend this company fully.

We had our car scratched and Repair it Smart was recommended. Richard was great and our car was repaired to perfection. We also replaced the front tyres at the same time at a very good cost. We were so pleased with the service that I got damage in my other car repaired too. Quick and perfectly done.

Car was taken in for repair following 3rd party error, quick response, good communication and quick turnaround around compared to past involvement of other companies. Really pleased with the workmanship and transparency throughout the process.

1st class service from start to finish. I was kept well informed of everything, the workmanship was excellent. Car was collected and dropped off on time, although the drop off got held up ( only 18min )due to an accident on the road ahead the driver still took the time to call me to notify me. Had a wing, bumper, headlight and bits fitted and the new wing sprayed. I dropped my van off on Thursday evening and picked it up Monday afternoon. Really helpful staff and excellent repair work. The quick turnaround of my vehicle was important to me as I run a small business and didn’t one of my vans off the road any longer than necessary. What a great body shop. I'm very fussy when it comes to people working on my cars. The guys have done a great job on my car, you can't even tell it's been repaired. It's like factory finished. I'd highly recommend them all day long.

Amazing experience with this garage- my car had a nasty tangle with a multi storey car park kerb earlier in the year which I had put off repairing as I thought it would be £££ and out of action for ages, but they not only dropped me home so they could crack on with it immediately but they got it done in 2 days AND gave it a good clean… a massive thank you. Had an unfortunate incident where a workman’s van rolled off my driveway into the rear quarter of my beloved second car, a Dodge Nitro I’ve had since new with only 59K on the clock. I knew the car wasn’t particularly valuable and as expected the insurance company wrote it off. That’s when Richard offered to bring it back to life which he and his team have done superbly. I can’t thank them all enough. Brilliant, professional and very easy to deal with - I would recommend their services all day long. I’m over the moon with what they’ve achieved - first class job !
