I recently used this garage to have some repair work done to my vehicle after a accident I had, and I couldn’t recommend them enough, my initial contact was with Richard, he was extremely helpful, and I feel went above and beyond in in managing to get the work done so quickly and to a really high standard as he knew I needed to get my car back on the road ASAP. The communication from Jo was excellent, she kept me informed whilst my car was there keeping me updated on the work that was being carried out, I found that to be really helpful. Overall I was extremely happy with the great work, and the service that I received, I would 100% recommend this garage to anyone. 5 star ? ? .

After being in a non fault accident, James and his team couldn’t have been more helpful and done more for me. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they were always there for me on the phone. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

The car was returned to me earlier than expected that was great service, in a brilliant clean condition, and looks better than when I initially bought it. Would I recommend to anyone that they use this local service- definitely.

I simply cannot praise this garage highly enough! My car was recently taken there for repairs by my insurance company after I was rear ended and shunted into the car in front of me. I dealt with James throughout the whole process while trying to get the car repaired. Sadly the engineers decided they wanted to write the car off and you would think that that would’ve been the end of our interaction. However, when the insurance company gave me a less than favourable valuation on my car with no chance of replacing it like for like, James went above and beyond in finding me a salvage company that would buy the wreck of my car at a much more favourable price than the insurance company was selling it to me for, thus enabling me to achieve the full value of my car! Without his help I would’ve been several thousand pounds out of pocket so for this I will be eternally grateful. Superb communication, friendly and extremely helpful. Should I ever require the services of a body shop in the future there is NOWHERE I would rather go.

5 Stars. I’ve used this local car repair shop a couple of times now, and each experience has been excellent. The quality of their work is top-notch, and their skill level is truly exceptional - it’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing. Beyond that, their customer service is outstanding. They’re friendly, honest, and take the time to explain what needs to be done without pushing unnecessary repairs. Best of all, their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust completely, but I’ve definitely found mine. Highly recommended!

Great company to deal with. We have now used them twice for significant repairs and both cars came back looking like new. Would 100% recommend.

Went to Repair it Smart yesterday as I was recommended by a friend who had used their services previously and was very impressed. Have a few scratches, scuffs and small dents over my car and was advised by Richard what work would need to be done and he actually managed to remove the scuffs whilst I was there! So polite and helpful. Very professional service and would definitely recommend.

Great repair on my Mercedes pick up truck - looked like new. And they were quick too! On completion they new I was going to sell it and offered me a better price than I already had- so they bought it too!

I recently had the pleasure of using Repair It Smart and can’t be more happy with the results. The team were brilliant from start to finish, permanently keeping me updated how the works are undergoing. Great job done! I’d better leave some pics, they will speak by themselves.

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident, I was struck from the side by a Post Office van. I did not want to go through my insurance company as ‘as we all know’, it still increases your premiums. I was looking for an accident management company on the internet and came across this company, I read a lot of the reviews and it came across as a professional company. Consequently I contacted them and spoke with Richard. He was very professional and took all the relevant details from me and put in place a sequence of events that have lead by to today;1)Car collected very promptly from my home address. 2)Hire car supplied and was even collected from my home. 3)Regular updates regarding the progress of my repairs. 4)Car returned, fully repaired and a lot cleaner than when they took it from me. Over all, I was very impressed with the company and how Richard dealt with both the process as a whole + the repair. Would highly recommend this to everyone.Moreexpand_more

Since my car was collected by Repair It Smart I can honestly say I have never experienced a more friendly, respectful and considerate garage before. They took all of what I said into consideration, listened to me and done all I asked and more. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. I am sorry I didn’t take the name of who I dealt with, but they were nothing less then professional, and helpful. The work was completed quickly, to an exceptionally high standard and you looked after my car for me!
