Very pleased with the repair carried out on our washing machine. Called Monday evening washing machine back up and running Wednesday morning. The office staff (Emma and Anne) are very helpful as well.

Great service, have used Repair Aid for years. On this occasion my Bosch intrgrated oven stopped working, it was switched on, the light was on, but no heat was coming from it at all. The engineer from Repair Aid fitted the parts in 30 minutes and wow what a difference, the oven and grill work as new.

Second time of using Repair Aid and yet another fabulous service, these people are amazing! You call them and they are at your door within 2 hours - not like with other companies I was told to wait for a week. Good job guys, well done and thank you for solving our refrigerator problem yesterday.
