Great service, they worked around my busy work schedule to arrange an appointment at my house to take photos and fill out the paperwork. They found a nice tenant to live in my house and carried out all the relevant checks including the gas safety certificate all with minimum fuss and no effort from myself.

I had been introduced to Rent Residential through my work so had these in mind when I decided to rent my property out. Within 2 weeks I had viewings and someone to rent! I am 21 so have no idea about the rental world and they have done everything for me! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Rent Residential are presently managing three of my properties. They quickly and efficiently advised on what works were necessary to bring them up to letting standard (taking account of my minimal budget), arranged the works where necessary (at reasonable cost), arranged a viewing and the first property was let within 24 hours, with tenant moving in 7 days later. Attention to detail has been impressive, communication excellent. Can't fault. Update - Rent Residential are now looking after all 15 of my properties - I have used 3 other agents in Hull in the past, all of whom have let me down badly. I can now say with the benefit of a number of years with the company that they are definitely the most reliable and honest letting agents in town (actually in my personal experience the only ones, but there may be others out there! ).
