Mike and his team team did a wonderful job when they moved me out of my first floor apartment. They're were some heavy pieces of furniture but not one moan or. Grumble. They were efficient, polite. and respectful. You have a great team Mike and I congratulate you on your business and staff.

Excellent service all round. Mike came and surveyed what was to be moved. The van and two men came on the day I requested, loaded and carefully packed my stuff and delivered it 100 miles away. They unpacked the van and installed everything just where I wanted it. Full marks to Gary and Jason, who were a pleasure to meet.

It was an absolute pleasure to have the services of Mike and his team. The efficiency of the team preloading impressed our neighbour's so much they have already said they will be using Removal Masters when they move! Regarding the move, all of Mike's team worked so hard to overcome a number of issues we experienced moving into our new property. The empathy and effort they gave made it a success. Partner is 33 weeks pregnant and we were both worried moving would be stressful, removal masters proved it wasn’t! Professional service all round, we had trouble with taking our bed apart and removal masters kindly offered a hand and it was done in 5 minutes. We was also worried about getting the sofa into the new house, but with removal masters expertise the sofa was in the house in no time. Would deal with them 100 times over, great bunch of lads! Mike and the team did a top class job, packing and moving our overfilled 4-bed house at pretty short notice - they were friendly, helpful, polite, careful and extremely efficient! A very efficient and helpful team to work with, Mike was always ready to help with advice, supplying boxes in advance, etc. On the day Mike and his team worked very hard loading my stuff onto two of their 7. 5ton lorries as access at the destination end was quite restricted for the larger vehicles. Everything arrived at my new home safe and sound (an approx. 80-mile journey up the M6 from Coventry to Nantwich in Cheshire). Would definitely recommend them to anyone - they were recommended to me by another local firm who own a Self-Storage warehouse, I knew I was onto a good thing with RemovalMasters as this other firm also has a good reputation in the Coventry area.
