Attended the IPOS course, Pete was amazing! He gives a good combination of theory and practical and made the course fun too. He’s very approachable, laid back and has has a huge amount of knowledge and experience in what he’s teaching. Would recommend this course 100%. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Pete.
Enjoyed the course. Well presented and easy to understand. Help and guidance was always on hand. Peter made the course interested and his first hand accounts helped make the training more real world.
Pete our instructor at Remote first aid delivered the ILS course to myself and my wife at short notice and on a Saturday. We are both in health care and have undertaken this course previously as it is a requirement of our employment. Pete delivered the course content in a way that all on the course could understand, at a pace that all could follow and also in a way that was not only informative but enjoyable. He used numerous ‘props’ and realistic scenarios as well as actual medical equipment. It was a most enjoyable course and will definitely use him for our next training.
Exceptional training, it had the right amount of theory and lots of practice and practical examples. I enjoyed it and had the opportunity to further develop my first aid skills. Will recommend it.
Fantastic service, easy booking, and will certainly be back in touch! Thank you.
Great training company, can highly recommend the trauma course, Pete is a fantastic instructor! Highly recommend.
Great experience. Leader/trainer very approachable, using great sense of humour paired with extensive skill and knowledge.
2 day outdoor pursuits course was well thought out and delivered by Pete Cook. Just the right balance between theory and as real as possible scenarios were of much more use than normal classroom courses, for outdoor settings…. Even for underground situations! Annual updates will be useful as there are always changes to best practice promoted by the national bodies.
The course was very well run and the trainer was both approachable and very informative. I felt that the course was very good value for money and I would highly recommend booking a place and learning some important and potential life saving skills.
We have recently received training by Pete from Remote First Aid on a 2 day outdoor environment first aid course. All members of staff on the course found Pete's delivery engaging, fun, informative and confidence boosting. Pete was able to tailor the delivery of the course to meet our specific needs and we feel well prepared to deal with issues we may encounter within our specific fields. Thanks for a great 2 days Pete. Jon Baker, Abbeyfield School.
Pete Cook was very professional, approachable and efficient. We had great feedback from all delegates regarding the training. All delegates felt comfortable to ask questions and confident that they could administer first aid when required. We would recommend Pete as a trainer to anyone.
I found Remote First Aid to be very professional in their teaching methods. I needed a relevant first aid qualification to help get insurance for my business and found that the Outdoor Pursuits course fulfilled that criteria. Pete made the 2 day course was fun and enjoyable, he even gave a group of us a lift to the venue on both days which saved money and petrol. I felt that the course was value for money and would definitely recommend any of their courses.
Engaged Remote First Aid to deliver Emergency First Aid to a group of teachers and parents. Pete's practical hands on ,common sense delivery ensured that all the group were fully engaged. Worth every penny- Recommend without reservation-Colin Jones Headteacher Ogbourne St George & St Andrew Primary school,Wiltshire.
As an NGB holder I need to maintain a current First Aid qualification, after a number of previous courses this was the most enjoyable, and well delivered programme, by enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructors, in a setting that was relevent to my needs. The North Wales venue was to a high standard as was the food and copious quantities of tea.
