Reliable Moves

I should have written this over a year ago. Last year in November, we moved from Isleworth to Newbury. Everything for everyone was difficult at the time due to coronovirus. Graeme and his team leaned over backwards to help us in our move which was difficult through no fault of theirs. Graeme was always a friendly voice on the phone and helpful. I think I was at times very fussy, particularly with precious items, but I need not have worried. We were away for about five weeks immediately after we moved out. On getting to our flat, we walked through the front door to discover that they carried out all our instructions to the letter, nothing was broken and nothing was out of place. My sister and I were really nervous about moving out of our flat, as we had no clue how we would cope on our own. A friend of mine suggested I use reliable moves as they had had a great experience; I cant believe I ever spent time worrying. Graeme and his team were phenomenal. I used Reliable Moves for a recent house move based on recommendation and the recommendation was totally spot on. Graeme and his team were absolutely excellent. They were punctual, extremely polite and punctual, nothing was to much trouble. The were also very careful with all my belongings and made sure they did not damage any walls / paintwork when moving items in and out of the properties. The costs were also very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending Reliable Moves. Great effort guys.

Graeme and his team were fantastic and took the stress out of moving day. Graeme was friendly and helpful during the easy booking process and then Tom and Harry made up the three man team who did all the lifting and carrying, packed everything from our two bed flat into a Luton van and then drove an hour to the new house. They were very helpful in unloading and ensuring all our items where in the rooms we wanted in the new house. Friendly and efficient service at a fantastic price, would highly recommend and will use again if we ever move!

I have used Graeme and his team on 5 occasions in 4 years and it’s a well known fact that moving house it very stressful. However Graeme and co make moving look easy and fun. Always smiling, always grafting and are definitely providing value for money. I last hired them 3 weeks ago and they were incredible as always. Graeme and his team of staff were just excellent. We moved from North London to Hertfordshire and filled two Trucks to the brim. The whole team worked really hard and although the move day was a really busy day they kept smiling and laughing to the end of the day. Thank you for making this day as stress free as was possible. I had two weeks to plan my move and with working full time the thought of all that packing then moving was too much to handle then my colleague at work recommended reliable moves and so I booked them to do my packing and move. The packing service was so good especially as I had no time or energy to pack my endless wardrobe but the team did it in couple of hours. The move the next day went so smoothly ensuring anything dismantled was put back together. A fantastic job done by very professional movers.

Moving can be one of the most stressful and eventful things for a parent with a young family but not if you use Graham and his team. The company name says it all! Reliable Moves. The team turned up on time and got straight to work and filled the van quick sharp. Graham is brilliant at taking awkward furniture apart and reassembling at the other end. We recently relocated from London to Scotland. Graeme and his team were extremely professional and more than delivered on their number one priority which is 'to provide a stress free move'. The team had a big day packing the trucks on the first day then after a very long drive the next day we arrived shortly after them to find them cheerfully unpacking. An extremely quick and efficient service. This is the second time I have used this service as they make the move stress free. The men are extremely helpful and professional and the move was complete in 2 hours; would definitely recommend.

Cannot praise Graeme and his team enough. They moved my elderly mother's possessions from a house where she had spent most of her life to a new property with great care and efficiency. The team were cheerful and it was all completed quite painlessly.

I can't sing the praises of Graeme and his team enough. Moving to a completely new home is supposed to be one of the most stressful life experiences there is but these guys really did make the whole thing streamlined, easy and stress-free (as possible). They went above and beyond when it came to my move, took unbelievable care when moving furniture into the new place that was a (VERY) tight fit and got everything in without marking my newly painted walls or wooden floor. Other than their outstanding ability to move massive pieces of furniture with care, these guys were also unfailingly polite and a pleasure to be around during the entire job. They were actually so great on my move that I recommended them to my mum who hired them to empty her store and move the contents to various parts of London. She was equally as pleased. I'll be using these guys for any moving jobs in the future. Seriously, as odd as it sounds on a review of movers - I absolutely loved these guys. Definitely hire them.
