RelationshipCounsellingOnline works with relationships whether this is as a couple or individual. The only criteria is to be aged 18+. What is true is that all counselling and psychotherapy comes because we have experienced loss from being in relationship.

Relationships can be tricky at times yet, when they work, there is communication, appreciation and trust of one another. There is willingness, honesty and openness to communicate with one another and to be of support. It is about how the two people create a 'we' together.

So what happens when relationships go wrong? Trauma, unpleasant feelings, loss, mental health complications, challenges, etc.

Counselling and psychotherapy offers a place where you can learn to tolerate your pain; a place where you can make sense and integrate your experiences as part of your life story, whether as an individual or couple.

What is true is life is about thriving and not surviving.
