Purchased a refurbished IPhone 5s to replace an even older Nokia. The replace iPhone is in remarkable good condition and once my wife got the hang of it, its working fine. The staff were most helpful and no doubt that should I have a problem they would fix it.

I wanted a cheap good quality iPhone that could run one App. To do this it had to run on iOS 9 (or earlier). I found a phone and ordered it and then requested info on the iOS version. I had a phone call advising me that the iOS version was 9. 1, so I said to complete and deliver the phone. I received it the following day and installed the App. It worked perfectly.

First time buyer, I was initially sceptical, however I bought an iPhone 5S 64GB Grade B in November 2015, and it is still going strong, was in excellent condition (was worried about getting a grade B) but was very very well kept. Battery was one thing I was especially worried about but its lasted extremely well. Headphone jack and charging port worked perfectly (charging port now not perfect, but what can you expect after 1 1/2 years of constant use). The initial price paid (in the region of £270) seemed like a lot but the great condition and memory were worth it. Do not be put off by the slightly outdated website! I was dubious and hesitated a few times before hitting confirm on my order, but I am so glad I did. I bought Grade A iphone 6 and was pleasantly surprised. Not a mark on it. I was kept up to date throughout the whole order process until delivery. Very happy customer.
