Providing person centred care and support to enable and fulfil potential for adults, children and young people our services are available from our CQC registered locations: Cambridge, Leeds, London, Manchester and Liverpool.
Our services provide individual outcome based support in their own homes and accessing the community, supporting with personal care, practical support, social and emotional support. Available to people of all ages and abilities throughout the UK. With over 15 years of service delivery experience and a dedicated team of registered managers, care co-ordinators, you or your loved ones will be supported to achieve their aspirations, maintain their health and wellbeing, develop skills, remain safe and live independently. Provision can be 24 hours a day, sitting services, outreach, waking nights, respite, crisis, complex health needs, and all available 365 days a year. Reed Community Care is part of Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd and we can also assist with any direct recruitment needs.

We will work in partnership to develop a care and support plan that takes all the activities for daily living so that we can support with. Our diverse, competent and experienced staff will be matched to meet individual preferences. We ensure that high quality assurance processes are fundamental to delivering safe, effective, caring and responsive support. All staff undergo robust selection processes including, reference, DBS check and continuous professional development and training, keeping our team up to date with best practice to safely meet the needs of the people we support.

Our service delivers bespoke personalised care and support that promotes, choices, independence, fulfilment, dignity, privacy, rights and are available for adults, children and young people supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health and medical conditions and life limiting conditions. Our service are available to personal budget holders, Direct payment, NHS funded, Local authority commissioned, case managers and private individuals. Our priority is understanding your needs.

The service is managed by a team of passionate professionals who have been involved in the Domiciliary Care, community services and recruitment business for many years. The Management team are well trained to look after the provision of services and comply with the industry standards, all our CQC location are currently rated a GOOD in addition to our knowledge and expertise in the recruitment of staff and ensure quality, having previously worked with the health and care sector.
