Red Shield Enterprises is part of the The Salvation Army. We offer electrical testing services at commercial and residential premises across the UK.

We offer:
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) (including free fuse replacement, an electronic inventory of appliances and certificates);

- Fixed wire testing; and

- Electrical repairs.

We are registered with NICEIC and we are accredited to provide NAPIT training. The Salvation Army has Investors in People and ISO9001 accreditations.

We are a social enterprise. This means that as well as providing a high quality, good value service, we endeavour to enhance employment opportunities for homeless people. We provide training and jobs to men and women who, having experienced homelessness, are keen to gain skills, work and get their lives back on track.

We hold a number of contracts, both private and in the third sector. We are in the process of expanding.

Past contracts include: The Salvation Army premises, housing associations, Thames Reach, National Voice of Students (NUS), Morley College, OSW, East London Small Business Centre, Hope HIV, and the Single Homeless Project.
