Amazing- Highly Recommend! Ease of order- great and quick communication via email from the company with all queries, including finalising design and colours of sweets. Quick turn around even with large quantity-ordered 8000 sweets! Product is great quality, great taste and look amazing and are all individually wrapped. Colours matched our promotional colours perfectly. Sent in less than a week. (I suggest allow extra time for delivery just due to courier. ) Absolutely no negatives with Red Elephant Group and Rock Sweets! Highly Recommend!

Ordered 2000 individually wrapped rock sweets for an exhibition with our company name on and very disappointed with the finished product:1) You can't actually read our company name on the sweet clearly at all. 2) They don't taste like mixed fruit which we ordered (got a hint of liquorice). 3) They have gone soft after 3 weeks of being in our office (apparently I'm now told its because the box was opened - not quite sure how to test them without opening the box? ). So they're not even rock sweets anymore as 'rock' by nature is hard. So they are no use for our exhibition now next month - a waste of 2000 sweets. 4) Response from Red Elephant was …. Well we think they're ok and they fit our standards so there's nothing we can do for you. Very poor 'text book' response from Red Elephant Group with no help or compensation offered whatsoever. Highly disappointing. Would not recommend using them unfortunately.Moreexpand_more

We pride ourselves in offering a good service but we can't offer refunds when you were notified in writing that we can't match logos and then after we don't offer you refund state that your rock sweets have gone soft. 1000's of rock sweets are produced every day and we have received no complaints from any other customer expect yourselves.
