AMAZING service. I was convinced my much loved armchair was ready for the tip but decided to give it a chance and called R&F Repairs. SO happy that I did. New springs, new base, new foam cushion all done within half an hour in my own home and the chair is as new if not better. I am thrilled. All very friendly and efficient and great value too. There was a tear in the leather on the side of my recliner. Ryan came out and worked some magic on it! Looks brand new. All repaired in my own home with minimal fuss. Very reasonably priced and very professional. Would recommend 100%.

Ryan has returned our sofa to better than it was brand new. He strengthened the frame, replaced the saggy foam and stretched the seat covers. A truly exceptional service. Ryan went out of his way to repair my Sherborne Recliner which is well over 10 years. I appreciated the fact that I was well out of the usual area covered by this firm but without the kind attention I received I would have been in great difficulty. We had 2 x seatte's with the wooden frame, which the leather stitching had ripped on the bottom part. We didn't want to get rid of them but couldn't find anyone to repair or replace the leather until I called Recliner and Furniture Repairs. I have ten year old electric reclining chair that I brought from DFS which stopped working. DFS said that there were no parts available because the chair was a discontinued line. So they could not repair the chair. I contacted Recliner and Furniture Repairs Limited, and they came round and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. The chair feels brand new. It was only when Recliner and Furniture Repairs, visited and wrote a report which was sent to the Ombudsman, that I got a complete refund, and the furniture removed. Had 3piece suite repadded and stuffed to a satisfactary standard. Had no problems with work done , but having problems contacting the technician for advice.
