I had a liquid spill and some laptop slowness. Their Service pick and completion was super quick and price was decent. Laptop was sent back right before Christmas and seemed to working fine when received. Although, when back from holidays (laptop was not used much till then), spacebar and front keys seems a bit sticky still. So I contacted RebootThat to ask what was actually fixed on the machine, since I had given clear instruction. Their reply was short and to the point. "30 days warranty expired" and listed the price list again. I have replied asking for them to resolve the problem as it was pretty clear that the liquid spill was not dealt with. Hence they just run some quick disk cleanup and charged me the full price of the fix. (I used to work in PcWorld, is a 5min job with usb device to cleanup the machine and make it run smooth). The laptop keyboard is now half not functioning and I have sent it back to repair to a local engineer. As the issue was not resolved as soon as it happened, most likely the laptop (£700 worth) is not very likely to get back to any working state. Thank you RebootThat!Moreexpand_more
I have used Reboot That once before and found them to be yet again very helpful, fast and reliable. The price also seems fair and I was given a few options regarding my external hard drive before I decided what I wanted. Email communication was fast and couriers came to collect and return around the time I was told they would. Overall, great service and I would highly recommend!
My laptop had the blue screen of death, but these guys knew what was wrong with it straight away and fixed it within 3 days (I could have paid for it to be done even quicker. ) It's now better than before because they even cleaned up my laptop for me too. Really great service, and it's made so easy with the carrier service that picks up and drops off to your work. Would recommend highly!
Amazing service. Had issues with my power jack and they fixed that perfectly as well as scanning for viruses and installing/uninstalling software. Laptop was picked up and delivered to my office with no issues, and I was always kept up to date on the progress of the work.
Great Service, Great Price. This is a great company. They believe in good service and great communication. They collect the same day (in central London anyway) and return the same day repairs are completed by courier, ensuring the minimum possible down time. Charges are fair and you are kept informed of costs, so no nasty surprises. Martin.
I had a few problems with my laptop - things such as the WLAN card not working and the fan needing cleaning. It also just needed a general service with unecessary files being removed etc. I have never had my laptop serviced anywhere else so I don't have much to compare it to but I think it was reasonably priced, fast and they fixed what needed fixing without just wiping the whole laptop and starting again. I would recommend them.
This was an altogether positive experience, from before pick-up to drop-off. After discussing options I sent off a non functioning PC that I thought I was going to have to replace and got it back in fully working order and faster than ever it was previously. I will use then again for another job shortly and highly recommend them.
Needed a new graphics card connecting to a Dell power supply. I gave up myself and asked these guys to do it. Computer was picked up from my house at 7. 30am prompt. After advising me they would need to order a part and may take 4-5 days it was actually ready in 2 days. Very happy.
The hard-drive of my laptop died following a bungled repair by another company and I did not have a recent back-up. Reboot that, picked up the laptop, managed to retrieve and save all the files, replaced the hard drive, reinstalled the files and delivered back to my work place. There have been no problems since. I am a really happy customer and have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks.
After running OK for several weeks, Windows 10 failed, and I could simply not get into my desktop computer at all, leaving me digitally helpless! . I got in touch with "Reboot That" via Google, and they collected my PC from central London (& returned it) for a modest charge. They quickly diagnosed a broken hard disc, which they replaced more or less at cost; and then reinstalled Win 7 (which I can upgrade to 10, free, in due course). They also retrieved all my personal docs, which I had thought lost - though fortunately I also had a fairly recent back-up memory stick. The total charge for labour was very modest for such a vital service. My only reservations are a 3 day delay in initial collection due to staff training; and a seeming reluctance of the company to phone rather than email.
