About Rebecca Valins Personal Fitness Trainer

Personal Fitness trainer supplies exercise programmes tailored to clients throughout the local area. I am located in Borehamwood and have been teaching since 1997 (25 years to date) in the fitness industry sector.

As a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals I am an Advanced instructor at Level 3 and 4, qualified in Exercise to Music, Gym Instructor, Step, Ante and Post Natal, Older Adults, Weight Management, Circuits, Stress Management, Core Stability and Water Aerobics.
Level 3 Pilates and Yoga Teacher. Qualified in GP Exercise Referral and specialising in measures to assist the management of Obesity and Diabetes.

These qualifications enable me to teach at all levels in either personal or group sessions.

My approach is a Holistic one, fine tuning to a client's needs and ability.

In addition I have taught Aerobic Sessions, Legs Bums and Tums classes, Barre Conditioning and had various club classes.
