James and Esther have cleaned our windows extremely well for many years. They are a totally reliable, polite, friendly couple who we trust implicitly.

I originally reviewed ReachnShine back in 2012 and I am pleased to say that James and Esther are still providing an excellent window cleaning service for me. It's the longest time I've ever had the same window cleaner. They turn up when they say they will and are always cheery and helpful and the windows are sparkly clean. I would thoroughly recommend them.

First Class job. I've been using James and Esther for a couple of years now and they provide a professional window cleaning service with good communication via txt message to give notice of the next visit. The equipment they use via a pole-fed system means 1st floor cleaning is quick and efficient and the water has the impurities removed so the windows stay cleaner for longer. Highly recommended.

James is friendly and professional and contacts us a few days before he plans to visit, which is really useful. The system he uses (brush on poles and a tank) uses means that he can reach the 2nd floor windows, and clean the back of our terraced house without trailing a hosepipe through the house.

All round excellence. They've cleaned our windows for many years now. They clean once a month, giving us plenty of notice of which day and roughly what time they're coming. They use distilled water, so no smears. They have a backpack water tank so they don't need hoses to clean at the back of our terraced house. They take care of our furnishings, removing their shoes indoors. They'll clean the windows inside as well if you give them notice. And they're really nice people. Highly recommended!

James always notifies me in advance which week he is coming and sends a text reminder the day before so I can leave the gate open and he always locks it when he has finished, a superb system so that you don't have to stay in. The windows are never streaky and the cost very reasonable. I have struggled to keep a window cleaner for very long before, but James has proved extremely reliable.

A first class service. Prompt, thorough and professional. Date of next clean advised on invoicie and text msg sent 24 hours prior to arrival. Another plus - James always locks the garden gate!
