I called RCR Services to advise on a Velux roof window problem. Russell advised that a new window was required as it was not possible to repair the original. The replacement work was carried out a few weeks later. The work was carried out to a very high standard and in a professional way. Russell had to overcome some access problems which he did with humour and imagination. The work was also carried out to suit my timescale. I would not hessitate to recomend RCR Services. Because they were professional, curtious competent and price compedative.

Recently had a velux window fitted and really pleased with the whole process from ordering through to fitting. There was more work involved than expected but Russell took it in his stride and completed the work to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate using the company again.

We had a solar velux window fitted in our dining room to let maximum light in, RCR services did a brilliant job, would highly recommend them.

Russell replaced 4 very old velux windows for us of varying sizes, refurbished 4 and installed automatic blinds. He ordered everything and took all the old window parts away. He was efficient, tidy, did an excellent job, is a thoroughly nice man and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Three large Velux windows installed by Russell; he is quite possibly the best tradesperson we have employed - very tidy, no mess, helpful, kept us up to date etc. Etc.

We had a 8 old cast iron windows replaced with Velux, affecting 5 rooms in the house. It was a big job requiring internal scaffolding to 2 rooms and some roof slate adjustments. Russ and his team did a fantastic job, methodically working through the house with care and skill. We are delighted with the results and very glad we included some blackout blinds and solar opening options - really appreciated in the recent hot spell. Highly recommended.

On a Bank holiday Russell kindly answered my plea for help with an old Velux electric window in my kitchen which had stuck closed, preventing my roofers progressing to make it watertight. We had spent Christmas in a dark kitchen with a leaking roof, so I was extremely grateful when Russell offered to come round and see what he could do. He immediately fixed the remote connection and got the window working again. He then liaised with the roofers, assisting with the final fitting of the flashing and also discovered that we have a rain sensor, that we never knew about. All sorted within half an hour. Russell is an amazing person, a true professional, who knows his stuff and he has our deepest gratitude.

RCR Services replaced a velux window in our bathroom, from the initial visit to completion we couldn't fault their service. Communication was excellent leading upto the installation. The installation of the window was excellent and the bathroom was left very clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Russell and his colleague quoted and fitted 2 replacement Velux windows and blinds. The quote was detailed and very reasonable giving us options. Fitting was easy and stress free. They were immaculate with protecting items in the rooms and very clean and tidy. An issue with one of the blinds was soon rectified and another one reordered and fitted within days. Brilliant service and would most definitely use again and recommend.
