Mark was very responsive, and turned up on the day, however, I've used him twice, and on neither occasion has he been able to fix the product. So a bill (quarter the price of a new product) and nothing fixed. Unfortunately, I won't try again, i'll just order a new product.
Washing machine repair. Firstly a repair man who actually turns up when he says he is going to. Secondly, what a fantastic job he made of the washing machine. Extremely happy with the results. Would most definitely recommend Mark, you won't be disappointed. Not over priced either, very reasonable. Good job Mark, thank you.
I had a call from my tenants to advise that the washing machine had stopped working and the wall socket seemed to get hot. I called Mark Rayner on the basis of reading other reviews and passed on my tenants contact number for him to arrange a mutually convenient time to call round. I was amazed to get a call the very next day to advise that there was nothing wrong with the washing machine but the wall socket was fried and he replaced the socket. Had I not called him, I could easily have gone to the expense of purchasing a new machine assuming it to be faulty. Happy customer and I would imagine, happy tenants too! I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and will certainly use him again should the need arise.
I have used Rayners twice in the last six months, once for the washing machine and once for the oven. On both occaisions I recieved a vist on the same day as my call and both times the fault was quickly diagnosed and corrected. Excellent customer service. Very happy, thank you.
Excellent prompt service. Dishwasher had failed (waste pump problem) and Mark and his assistant arrived and solved problem within a couple of hours of call. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again. This was my review a while back. Today 28. 11. 2014 Mark and Joe came out again and saved the day by sorting out a washing machine that would have been scrap metal for other repairers. They found the 50p coin stopping the drum turning and got the whole thing working again very quickly. No need for a new machine and it cost less than £100. Excellent, efficient value for money service. Would continue to recommend.
My dishwasher packed up and when Mr Rayner came over to have a look at it, he provided excellent value for money. He spent time cleaning the blocked part rather than charging me for a new part which would have been quicker but certainly not cheaper. I know who I will be contacting again when one of my appliances gives up!
Bosch Tumble dryer door would not shut properly. Within an hour of phoning there was a knock on the door and less than hour later the problem was cured. Also obtained advice on my Bosch washing machine at the same time. Excellant, professional and helpful service. We will use them again as needed. Cost was terrific value too.
I wasn't expecting to be able to get my washing machine looked at on New Year's Eve, let alone repaired as quickly and efficiently as the service provided by Mark Rayner. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone in the Basingstoke area. A genuine local man providing an excellent local service.
I telephoned Mr Rayner about repairing an electric fan oven which had stopped working. I selected Mr Rayner over other domestic appliance engineers on the strength of the above reviews - I am glad I did so as his service lived up to the reviews. He called in promptly that same morning and quickly had the oven repaired. He was extremely professional, also providing very helpful advice about some changes to my kitchen/appliances I was considering. I would certainly use his services again.
Mr Rayner has now saved the day twice for me, a few weeks back he fixed my cooker in less than 24 hours and again today my washing machine gave up I called at 9. 30am and the new machine was delivered and installed by 4. 30 pm saved me trawling round the shops on a friday afternoon . What more can you wish for that is what you call good ole fashion service with a smile :) Thank you.
Highly recommended. Drainage pump of my Samsung washing machine went faulty. The engineer was able to identify the problem immediately and addressed it within 10 minutes. Now that I have his number with me, I am going to cancel my extended warranties of my other kitchen appliances.
My washing machine would not spin and it was fully loaded and full of water . We managed to drain it off and made sure the pump wasn't blocked and after a couple of wet hours gave in . Googled Bosch washing machine repairs Basingstoke . I made a call left a message and within 15 minutes had a call back . Mr Rayner was just finishing a job 5 miles from me and within 1/2 hour was round . It was an obscure technical repair and he is clearly not an engineer to be outfoxed. He repaired the innards electrical workings and did an exceptional job . I think if I had called anyone else it would have been head scratching .
