Raymond Ellul has lived and working in Cardiff since he was a 17 year old apprentice, working with his older brother. Having built his reputation through word-of-mouth over 40 years, Raymond is a well known and respected Plasterer, Painter and Decorator.

Having started off as an Artex specialist, Raymond gained a great grounding as a Decorator in his 20s. Following in the footsteps of his father, a migrant from Malta, Raymond soon became a well known, and well respected, Painter and Decorator, specialising in Ceiling Repair whilst supporting Cardiff City Council in the 1980's.

Giving that Raymond has single-handedly Artexed most of the ceilings in Cardiff! Raymond has a keen eye for matching the swirling patterns of a damaged artexed Ceiling repair, and restoring it to it's former glory.

As swirling Artex isn't everyone's choice, Raymond diversified to become a Plasterer in the 1990's, and has become one of Cardiff's more well known, and well respected Plasterers.
