I would highly recommend Adam Raw as a Chimney Sweep. Adam kindly pointed out some serious errors in the fitting of our woodstove which we were totally unaware of. Through this very upsetting time Adam has been most helpful and considerate in helping us to rectify the work and make our stove safe. His help and guidance has been invaluable. Would not use any other sweep in Plymouth. Adam is always on time for any appointment, friendly and courteous. 5 star service. Thank you.

Having grown up in the USA, I don't often give full-star reviews in the UK, but Adam of RAW deserves one. He is reliable, helpful, knowledgeable, does his job well and is a pleasure to chat with. But he also goes above and beyond what I would expect of a chimney sweep. He doesn't merely give me information about fireplace safety; he ensures that I understand how to use my fireplaces safely. He is always happy to answer all my questions about chimneys and fireplaces, and I never feel like I am taking up his valuable time when I call for advice, which is free. If he cannot provide a service I need, he gives me the contact details - and recommendations - of others who can. I wish I could get this level of service from all the businesses I have to deal with. I can't recommend RAW highly enough. Thank you!

I had my chimney swept before installing a new multi-fuel burner. Excellent service, prompt, professional, polite, clean, very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Further to 'just cleaning' the chimney I was also given tons of advice on my upcoming install, which burner to buy and even which fuel to use. I would recommend happily RAW to anyone.

Adam Raw has been sweeping my chimney for three years and my stove has never burnt better. Adam has never failed to arrive at the arranged time, he is polite, a fast worker, clean and offers great impartial advice on how to maintain my stove in a safe state. He always gives me a certificate of sweeping, the only sweep I've ever known to do this. He is the best and his price is the best too. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Excellent sweeps. They've done my chimney twice now, and the stove has never burnt better. They stick to the appointment times and turn up promptly. They are polite, tidy and friendly. My chimney and home are clean, my insurance company has a certificate to prove the sweeping has been done properly - eveeryone's happy! I recommend them very highly.

Not only is Adam (RAWs) service exceptional in every way, he has a personality that makes you feel included and safe in the knowledge that you have a Chimney Sweep that truly knows what they're doing. He doesn't make a bad cuppa either.
