I have used Fergus on a number of occasions and have always found him to be an excellent locksmith. As a landlord, with several properties, I need someone who is reliable and quick. Fergus is certainly 'Rapid' in his response, usually fixing a lock issue within 24 hours and often within a few hours. The most recent job he did for me was on a UPVC front door where the lock had failed. He not only fixed it quickly but he also upgraded the lock to an HMO compliant lock, which has given me a peace of mind and left my tenants feeling more secure. I am happy to endorse and strongly recommend Rapidlocks.

Locked out of florist shop due to a broken key in the lock. Fast and friendly response. Fixed the problem quickly with good explanation that it was a problem with the key rather than the lock. A correct replacement key provided. Very good service.
