Following a recommendation from a business associate, I employed Daniel and the team at Ranson Roofing to replace the roof on my 90 year old property. Despite having to travel, the quote received was competitive. This, along with Daniels experience and attention to detail were the deciding factors in using Ranson Roofing. Based on my experience of the man Daniel Ranson of Ranson Roofing and Building. I would not recommend any one to so much as consider using him for any work big or small. Daniel Ranson has not completed the job and is now not responding to any telephone calls or emails. Daniel Ranson constantly demanded money even though we agreed 10% deposit with balance on completion (I paid over 85% before I refused to advance any more until he had completed. He hasn’t been back since. I am now left with having to employ others to complete and re work some of his shoddy workmanship.
