RAM Renovations

RAM Renovations have just installed a new kitchen plus some changes to the dividing wall with the living room. The work carried out has been excellent. RAM worked with us by offering solutions to problems as they arose and adapting quickly to changes requested. I would highly recommend them.

RAM have just completed a job for me, removing part of a wall whilst making the rest look nice as well as fitting a shower and building a HUGE shop counter. I really couldn't be happier, all of the RAM lads were nice and polite and happy to help. Reece was in regular contact and true to his word he did everything he said he would and did so within my budget. I know who I'll be using for all my future building, joining and plumbing needs.

RAM recently re-roofed our flat garage roof with rubber (double garage shared with neighbour). The work was completed in 2. 5 days and exceeded our expectations. I would thoroughly recommend RAM. Compared to a number of other estimates this was a realistic prove for a good job completed.

Reece and Richard recently removed our old privvy and coal bunker then decked the area. The work was carried out quickly and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Already got a quote for more jobs we need doing in house!

Ram built a bespoke play house on stilts for our four year old son. Both Reece and Buxy were very professional and the end product far exuded our expectations. Our son Loves the playhouse and will surely have very many years of fun and play in it. They turned up when they said they would and did a very good job demonstrating real passion for what they do. Would recommend Ram property maintenance to anyone.

They completed a variety of jobs:-- reset paving flags to overcome settlement- boarded and skimmed a ceiling- reinstalled toilet and fitted bathside- built end unit to garage to convert it into a workroom. Completed all with a week and a half and well within budget I had set. Not only competent and efficient but prepared to come up with suggestions for how can complete a job more easily, cost effectively and so it has a better finish. Will definitely use again and have already given RAM another job for the New Year.

I recently had RAM general property maintenance round to do a job at mine, I wanted them to have a look at some steps in the back yard which were falling down and unsafe. They came to have a look at the job and we discussed the options available and quoted a price which I thought was very reasonable later that day. Less than a week later on the first fine day available they started the work and had it completed within a day and a half to a standard that I was more than happy with. Very happy overall with the service from 2 lads who are obviously passionate about their company.

Reece was extremely quick to get back with a quote. The quote was realistic and not over priced. I had a quick chat with him prior to the work being done and explained what was required. Really happy with the work done, will definately be using him again in the future.

As a support worker for people with learning disabilities it was essential for me to find a contractor who was honest, punctual, friendly and 100% trustworthy. I found all these qualities in Mr Martin. He has undertaken various jobs in my client's home, always to an excellent standard. Last minute "while you're here" requests are always no problem and his friendly and professional attitude has been a great hit with us! My clients even requested him personally to do subsequent jobs, big or small, and i have recommended him to other service users and support workers in my company who now also use him regularly. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Looking for a handyman to removean existing window frame and replace it with a new one I had made I contacted Reece who came out the same day to evaluate the work needed. A date and time was agreed and on the day in question he arrived promptly undertook all the work required thoroughly, completing the task neatly at a very reasonable rate. Altogether a comprehensively professional joband someone I would happily recommend.

Following a recommendation to use Reece, he carried out two jobs on my property - dismantling, moving and re-erecting wall size fitted wardrobes; complete re-decoration of bedroom involving stripping and cleaning walls of serious water contamination. Reece has done several jobs at our house - decking, roofing, gates, fences and did a fantastic job fitting a wood burning stove. This involved chimney work on the roof, rebuilding the chimney breast, hearth, plastering and it looks amazing! Great guy, with a great attention to detail ensures in great results delivered with care!

I contracted Reece Martin to undertake a decorating brief with a very limited timescale. He not only completed the job on time and within budget but he also took the time to advise on a number of other jobs I had coming up. I found him to be reliant, diligent and hard working. He is charming and honest and not only will I be using his services again I will also be telling everyone I know to use him too. It was nice to meet a contracter that I felt didn't try to cerate more work than was necessary and who took as much pride in cleaning down and tidying his work area as he did in completing the brief. Fantastic value for money and a very Handy man indeed.

RAM General Maintenance did a great job. They arrived at my house on time, worked consistently all day and completed all the jobs I needed doing. I was very pleased with the service I got and the price was very good value too. I will definitely use them again.
