After a few failed attempts in securing a good builder, I contacted Mr. Bittu for a side extension after seeing his vans around Derby. Our first contact was promising, he assessed the site, and sent over a thorough quote within two days with all the breakdowns. Communication was excellent, with helpful suggestions being made by Bittu throughout the project. His team maintained a clean and tidy work environment and demonstrated a high work rate. The quality of their work was impressive, and the speed of the build was remarkable. Our project was completed to a high standard and within budget, with no outstanding issues. A single storey extension including all electrics and plumbing and whole house plastering. Bittu and the team were professional and finished off every aspect of the job to a great standard. They will give you ideas to improve the design even if means for work for them. When I wanted to change something it wasn’t an issue. The quotation was reasonable which helped when I had extra work done.

Raja Sahib building Construction Ltd has just completed the construction of our rear extension. The process from the first day since we talked with the owner (Bittu) until today has been incredibly satisfying. They provide a one stop solution from - architecture planning, getting the planning permission, understanding our requirements. They are professional and very patient, as together, we continued to change and tweak the plans until we were completely satisfied with the layout and design of our extension. They are thorough, detailed, and customer oriented. We enjoyed working with the entire staff. They totally complement each other and work as a team. Excellent work all round. I had a bad experience with a different company who left my house a mess and me 15k out of pocket. Raja Sahib builder company has renovated my garage and did the insulation aswell. Work was done with care and the job was delt with professional attitude. My house is much warmer than before. Bittu, is a great person to rely on however would suggest after job inspections and tidy uping the premises need greater attention.

Brilliant service, Bittu has done a large double storey side extension and a large single storey rear extension. At no point did we have to worry about the quality of the workmanship, he was reliable, friendly and significantly cheaper than my best quote. Bittu had done a kitchen extension for us , the work was in good quality and price was competitive. Only problems we had was time keeping in the later stages. Should encourage tidying and communication bit more.

Excellent build quality and staff are very helpful. The job has been passed by The City Council, who undergo stringent inspections. The builder has now applied for Derbyshire 'Trusted Trader' status, as he will be worthy of this! The build included a kitchen extension and side extension. The builder is very versatile and can also carry out a lot of other jobs, apart from the build.
