Rain Defence fitted EPDM membranes to a variety of our flat roofs in 2016. Owing to some defective plastic fixings installed at that time (through no fault of their own), this year, within two days of notification, they addressed the issue without any bother at all. Very pleased with the quality of our ridged garage roof and guttering and the efficient and friendly service. Pete and Neil completed the work under some tricky weather conditions as we’d had the old asbestos roof removed and needed the garage to be re-roofed immediately. Work completed to a high standard, site left tidy and and all debris etc removed. There was an issue with the guttering on one side a few months later which we reported. Pete and Neil returned to fix it the following day. Great service guys.

Thanks Pete and Neil for fixing our flat roof under guarantee. The roof was fitted in 2012, and some of the edge fixings had become loose. Improved manufacturers parts were used to prevent the same thing happening again. Polite and friendly service and all sorted very quickly.

Pete and Neil did a terrific job. They turned up when they said they would and left no mess. They even got rid of a wasps nest and cleaned the conservatory roof of the old lady next door! You really can't get better than these two.

Rain Defence Roofing replaced our garage roof. It was effectively a double garage as they also replaced our neighbours garage roof at the same time. The old asbestos roof was safely dismantled and taken away. We were kept informed through the whole process. Delighted with the end result. Looks very smart and the 20 year guarantee is excellent.

Rain Defence Roofing were fantastic. Pete came out the same day we contacted them to look at our flat roof over garage and extended kitchen and the quote was very competitive. Pete and Neil arrived promptly on the day they said and are probably the nicest and friendliest guys you could want to meet. They worked late into the day to finish off rather than have to come back the following day. The workmanship is second to none and the finish of the roof edging looks very nice indeed. They took away all the old roofing felt etc. Cleaned up everything and to be honest the drive and path were cleaner than before they started! Rain Defence Roofing replaced the rotten boarding and felt on my room and kitchen extension with EPDM. I found Pete and Neil to be polite friendly guys that take a pride in their work and did an exceptional job that I couldn’t be happier with. I had Rain Defence Roofing to replace my second storey roof, which was a 30+ year felt. I got a quote from Pete and eventually set a date for Dec 20th for the work. On the morning, Neil and John arrived, cheerful and ready for work. Those guys grafted from 9am-3. 45pm, stopping only for a cup of tea. I watched the guys bring down around 10-15 buckets of rubbish and felt detritus, which went to the van for disposal. Those two guys are a credit to the RDR company. When I saw the pics of the transformation I was stunned. They had started with a jungle on the roof and ended up with something like a Japanese courtyard, just beautiful. From initial enquiry through to completion of the works I was extremely impressed with Pete, Neil and team. Pete took the time to inspect the works thoroughly before quoting and took on board any concerns that I had. The work involved the replacement of an old butyl rubber covering to my and an adjoining neighbours' flat roof. In addition our property was fitted with new gable end facia's and dry verges. The work was carried out over a three day period, the site was left tidy at the end of each day. All of the team were courteous, informative and friendly. I would highly recommend Rain Defence Roofing, their workmanship and service is second to none. The pricing was also very competitive.

Just wanted to write a review saying thanks for a good job! Rain Defence Roofing just renewed my garage roof. It is a pretty big roof as I have a double garage and rear kitchen extension all in one, they removed the old felt roof and fitted a new EPDM roof in two days. It was a great service and price and I can highly recommend them. The roof looks lovely now and I can relax at night now when I hear the rain falling!

We experienced excellent service from Pete and his team. A 35m2 flat roof over a new extension took them two days to complete. A minor mistake was remedied quickly and effectively. I look forward to working them again in the future on other projects.

Pete, Neil and John have fitted me with new fascia and guttering. I am really delighted with the whole process. The price was reasonable and their attention to detail+tidying up was impressive. They also kindly did a couple of little extra repairs which they included in the price. I had fast and friendly service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had new EPDM flat roof fitted to an extension and can only agree with the other 5-star reviewers. Pete and Neil were top class, and made sure I was completely happy with the result. Very pleased with the new roof. I would have posted this review earlier but I wanted to give the roof a thorough "rain test"; all OK so far. Would have no hesitation in recommending RDR to anyone. In fact, I'm hoping to get them to do our garage/porch roof next year. If you need a new flat roof then you really should get RDR in to do it.
