Rafael Meloni French Polisher

From my original phone call to Raphael calling at my home to view my Butler’s Tray which had a severe water mark and needed a professional to re polish. Following the original inspection and prior to work being undertaken, a cost was given which I agreed upon. The furniture was returned very quickly and the result of Raphael’s work was first class. I would recommend this craftsman to anyone requiring his type of work to be done.

Rafael has done an absolutely fantastic job on my very neglected teak sideboard. I could not be happier, it looks like new. Highly recommend, great service and a great final product.

Restored an original G plan coffee table which had taken some battering with water marks and scratches. When finished, the table looked like new. The work was done in the time quoted and at the quoted price. It was an excellent job, with the table being collected and delivered back exactly when we were told. We will be using him again.

Refurbished our fire surround. It was tired and had a corner chewed thanks to our dog when he was a puppy. But now it looks amazing. Good as new. You wouldn't know it had been chewed. Thank you so much. Will definitely use again.

Rafael picked up our dining room table on Thursday and delivered it back reassembled on the following Monday. The table top and legs had faded so Raphael sanded recoloured and relaquered it so it now looks like new. He quoted a very reasonable cost and charged us the price quoted. He has done three tables for me in the past and they were restored beautifully to their former glory. The last piece done was a mahogany plant stand rescued from a charity shop. The bottoms of each leg had been gnawed by a dog probably but still recognisable as rounded feet. He not only restored the whole table top and barley sugar legs but unless you knew, the feet are now very respectable and only appear slightly damaged.

He did my coffee table and my kitchen high back chair, he did an excellent job. He did it within the price quoted, picked it and returned it. Very pleased .

We recently contacted Rafael as we wanted him to look at some old doors in our house that needed attention. He visited when agreed and gave us a price there and then. He collected, restored and French polished them to a very high standard. The end result is fantastic and has completely changed the look of them.
