Very difficult to make a booking as lots of conditions attached. I enquired about booking for the end of April or a Saturday but was told that my request could not be honoured. Ended up booking elsewhere who seemed more professional and organised. Not everyone has a free diary whilst working. Very disappointed and won't be recommending.

As nice as the lady was who was doing my lashes, the lashes are terrible. I have had lashes before and know how to care for them etc, they were applied wrong and some were glued to the eyelid causing bad itching and sore eyes. They were falling out in clumps and were not glued individually as they are supposed to be, they were not full and lashes were applied sparsely. They looked absolutely terrible by day three and now I am majorly concerned of the damage to my natural lashes underneath. I recommended this place to a work colleague who got them done a day after me and she messaged me with the same issue terrible itching and clumps coming out and she had never had lashes so was asking me is this supposed to happen. The lashes were a group on, If I would have paid full price I would be reporting them to trading standards as I am seriously doubting the beautician is qualified in lashes. There is no way these lashes are professional. As you can see from below a picture taken three days after the lashes were done, the whole middle section has fallen out. I never got my lashes wet once and only wanted them to last for a 2 week holiday and they didn't even last three days. I would never go back to this place.Moreexpand_more

Always absolutely fantastic service at Radiance. The staff are really friendly and there is a very relaxed and calm atmosphere there. Great to have such a brilliant salon so close. A real gem!

I have known Shawn for around four years. I first heard about her services when I got a magazine through the door - lucky me! I recommend her treatments to all of my work friends, family and colleagues because of her ability to be flexible and the fact that the treatments she offers are of such a high quality but affordable. I think I am reasonably qualified to say she is fantastic at her treatments - I have tried a lot of them! She also helped us out with a pamper party which was most fun! One of my favourite treatments is the back, neck and shoulder massage (+/- hotstones) - I am usually in 'need' of one! I look forward to carrying on trying more treatments and supporting her salon. I purchased a voucher from Groupon for a hot stones massage. Despite initial difficulty trying to book a time for the treatment all concerns I had were entirely relieved when I arrived at the salon. My massage therapist, Anda was professional and friendly in her manner and the treatment was fantastic. She's definitely an asset to your business!

I've have been a regular customer of the salonand I love all my treatments. I normally have my waxing and facial treatments done by Shawn who is amazing. I use to have acrylic nails done however I've recently been introduced to shellac nails by the girls and its fabulous. It my own nails and they look divine. Thanks Radiance Health and Beauty.

Had a Dermalogica facial just before Christmas. Consultant assessed my skin carefully and treated it accordingly. Very relaxing and skin looked/felt great afterwards. This is a very friendly salon and I will definitely be going back. Caroline Ewans.

I have just visited this salon from a gift voucher present. Had a hot stone massage with a dermalogica facial. Salon was very clean and smells beautiful. My therapist was very sweet, softly spoken with very experienced knowledge of treatments provided. Her name is Anda not sure if this is the correct spelling. I will visit again as I have bought my friend a facial for her birthday.

I have never been to a place like it. The Fawlty towers of salons. I had been given a Groupon voucher as a gift and my poor friend is now trying to get the refund that the manager promised and is not forthcoming with. It was a complete shambles from rude and incompetent staff, to a therapist who gave half a massage and suggested if I wanted it finished I pay another £22 to someone repeatedly playing an answer phone message so it would be impossible to relax even if you were getting a good massage. The manager wasn't interested in constructive criticism and I now believe she had no intention of refunding the money but just wanted me out of the shop as she wouldn't let the receptionist answer the phone while I was making the complaint. Overall NO STARS AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I bought a voucher for a massage. Booking was a nightmare, no replies to my e mails, when I did get through by phone a rude girl said 'You'll get a reply tonight, yeh? '. She didn't even ask my name so how she could say this I'll never know! They eventually replied after numerous more e mails. The dates I wanted weren't available. They offered an alternative that I couldn't do. They then offered no more dates, as if, you can't make this one so you lose. Each e mail was rude and short, not even a 'kind regards'. I ended up getting a refund on my voucher as I don't want to visit a place that treats potential customers so badly. I was made to feel cheap.Moreexpand_more

I purchased an offer from a website 3 microdermbasions for £45. I went for the first one and the therapist was supposed to have been taken to hospital earlier in the day. I was not contacted, I arrived at the salon to be told it would need to be rescheduled. They said they didn't have my details, but I had paid by card with am very easy to track down. This happened again the third time I went with the therapist saying there was no tram service. Which was strange as I had seem them working all morning. The owner has a very superior attitude and is always blaiming the staff for whatever goes wrong. It seems to me the salon employs very inexperienced staff. Going to a salon whether on a deal or not should be a wonderful experience, but not at Radiance in Raynes Park. In this recession your money is better invested elsewhere.Moreexpand_more

I regularly attend Radiance for almost every beauty treatment and not once have I had a bad experience. Shawn is my regular therapist but I have also seen the other girls such as Megan and Lena; all are lovely. I love to get waxing or facials with Shawn as she tends to my skins needs. Megan is a great masseuse who has helped my back pain to lessen, Lena offers a great deal on the shellac nail service and takes her time as she is a perfectionist. Radiance is the only beauty salon I will go to, the service is great and the therapists are so nice and friendly.

I had a Swedish massage with was very disapointing. The massage lasted 45min and not 1h as stated and the staff was unfriendly. I would discribe the massage more like applying the oil and with my 6 years old kid can do better. Would never go again.

Reat salon, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The treatments are tailored to what you need, rather than just being given something 'off the menu". Definitely recommend having a treatment with them.

I have been to Radiance for several treatments such as a facial and massage and have been very happy with the service and won't hesitate to go back again!

I've had Caci, MD Formulations alpha beta glycolic facials and highly recommend all. They have dramatically changed the texture and tone of my skin. Recommend buying a course if you're serious about reviving your skin. The service is professional and I always receive great customer care every visit - thanks guys!

I can not thank Sharon enough for how great my endo has made me feel, after 5 sessions I am already being complemented on my "much better bum! " Everybody should try it! I would not go anywhere else now I have found this little place and I am so pleased that I have found them! The girls make you feel right at home and take real pride in their work, making sure you always get exactly what you want. I absolutely love the atmosphere at Radiance and cannot wait for my next visit! .

I've been having CACI Facials with Shawn at Radiance Health and Beauty in Wimbledon 8 months and I'm very pleased with the results. I've been having CACI for 13 years and am very particular, but Shawn has managed to work on my crow’s feet eye and now it's completely open; people ask if I've had cosmetic surgery! She's really happy to pay attention to any problem areas and I would definitely recommend her services, SW 20. Having tried many salons in the Wimbledon area nothing has come close to the level of service & value for money provided by Radiance Health and Beauty. Shawn and Sharon are absolute professionals and I have always been very pleased with the quality of treatments I've received. The salon is also beautifully decorated, clean and fresh with relaxing atmosphere and I can't recommend them highly enough.
