My problem was attended to within 24 hours of stipulating the fault with the printer. Good service and reasonable priced at £30. 00 per hpur. Recommended!

I needed a new computer base unit, as my previous one had expired due a virus problem. Adrian was able to find a comparable unit for approximately a third of the price that I had been on the verge of paying at a local retailer. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Ade.

Adrian arrived bang on the appointed time. Diagnosed a faulty Modem. He negotiated with my ISP on my behalf. No hesitation in recomending him.

What a service! Phoned Adrian in the morning and just a few hours later called. Identified the problem (fault with my hard drive), replaced with a new one and I was running again in a few hours. Great confidence in Adrian and would recommend him.

Radford Computing provided a very prompt and efficient service when I required a new graphics card for my PC. They have also been very helpful in assisting me to overcome some virus infections on my PC.

Fairly good customer service and Adrian was a very approachable and friendly engineer. Saying that I did ask him to fix my PC, which he took away and returned a day late at 9. 30pm which I thought was a bit late. Since returning the PC, which cost £75 I haven't been able to get the internet to work. He said it's because he couldn't find the drivers for my wireless adapter. I would have thought that if you want your PC fixed that when you pay £75 everything that used to work on it should still be able to work!

I first called on Adrian's expertise about three years ago. I haven't [fortunately] had to call on him more than a couple of times since -- but when I have, he's been there. Based on this, I have passed his name onto quite a few people, and all have thanked me for pointing them in the right [and best direction]. If your PC is in trouble and you don't know how to fix it or where to go -- Adrian's your man . . .

I first learnt about Radford Computing from a local business directory as I needed help sorting out my childrens laptops. Mr Radford called and re booted the three computers and installed virus protection. Since then he has recovered a hardrive and provided loads of good advice. We have purchased a notepad through the company which we took on holiday. The company is efficient, reliable and always reponds to enquiries. I would recommend them to anyone with business or personal IT problems.

I have a very pleasant experience when dealing with Adrian. He is not money oriented and put the customer interest at heart.
