Having waited a decade before I could finally go ahead and get the cake of my dreams made for my 50th birthday, I was careful to make sure I did my homework and in choosing Rachelle, Rachel’s artistry and cake skills did not disappoint. The cake was not only spectacular to look at but coming from friends and family who are well travelled and absolute foodies, the taste was delicious. Rachel, was not only knowledgeable in what was achievable, her advise sound, the cake was crafted to perfection, leaving many of my guests speechless. I can only thank her for her patience, effort and sheer love that went into making this cake for me. It is a memory of a lifetime and I would not hesitate amongst all the cake makers out there, in recommending her.

On very short notice Rachel agreed to make a 2 tiered cake for my parents Diamond wedding anniversary. We discussed the cake by email and Rachel seemed immediately to understand my requirements and price point. The cake was absolutely amazing, more than we could have hoped fo. It was the centre piece of the lunch. The most beautiful flowers cascading down the side of the cake which had a shimmering glow to it. And it was absolutely delicious. A moist chocolate mud cake. The wedding cake was really beautiful, elegant and tasted amazing! It was a showstopper! I asked for a classic design with a twist that was on the website and it was an exact replica but bigger which was exactly what I wanted. The detailed pattern was perfect. Rachel can also do custom designs or modify designs that you see online. Rachel was really friendly and responsive to questions. I would fully recommend Rachelle’s for your special occasion.

I/we just wanted to say thank you so SO much to Rachel for the most incredible and delicious cake for our son's christening last weekend… It was divine and looked utterly fantastic. The wedding cake Rachel made for us looked beautiful and was absolutely delicious. It surpassed all of our expectations and many of our guests commented that it was the nicest wedding cake they'd ever had. Rachel was very easy to work with, always responsive to emails and delivered the cake on time on the day before setting up and decorating it with lovely fresh flowers. We went for the mud chocolate flavour, which tasted incredible.

Rachelle made a cake for our wedding which was absolutely fabulous. It was exactly what we wanted. The cake looked beautiful and tasted incredible. Many of our guests said it was one of the best cakes they'd ever had. We had vanilla, carrot cake and mud chocolate flavours, all of which we'd highly recommend.

I wanted an exceptional cake for a Diamond wedding anniversary. I searched the Internet for bespoke cake makers and came across Rachelle's. Although Rachelle's is approximately 250 miles away, I couldn't see any other maker whose cakes came anywhere close to what I wanted. With help and advice from Rachel, who offered me a large choice of types and flavours of cakes, , Rachelles made me an exceptional cake that was the centre piece of the anniversary dinner and was the talking point of the evening. The artistry and skills involved gave me a cake that truly befitted the occasion and was more than I could have ever hoped for. The hardest part was cutting into it and spoiling it! And they taste as good as they look! Fantastic flavour. I'm so glad I found Rachelles and will use them again in a heartbeat.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank-you for the stunning cake you produced for our wedding in June. The cake was truly magnificent and a wonderful focal point in the room. The colours matched perfectly with our flowers, and the flowers you added made it look lovely and fresh. One of our friends is in the military so we ended up cutting the cake with a ceremonial sword. The cake was virtually completely devoured when it was served later in the evening, and the next day, it still tasted delicious and fresh.

Rachel made our 4 tier wedding cake, each layer a different flavour, fruit, chocolate, carrot and lemon. Rachel was very professional throughout our consultation and absolutely nailed the simple classic design that we wanted along with the coloring of the flowers. Delivery of the cake was on time and displayed beautifully. There was no cake left et the end of the evening and we received so many compliments on the taste, texture and design of the cake. Would recommend Rachel to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Hi Rachel. A big thank you for the lovely Peter Rabbit cake that you made for my baby son's naming day. It was so beautiful and exactly what I had imagined. Your gluten free chocolate cake was delicious, a cake that tasted as good as it looked. I am very impressed!

Rachel made us a beautiful dessert table with cupcakes and a top tier with delicious cookies. She matched the colours perfectly to my dress as well as capturing the butterfly vintage theme of our wedding. All our guests were snapping away with their camera s. Our top tier was a delicious chocolate mud cake which was Devine and the cookies were great with a cup of tea after our meal. Thanks again for making our day special.

Before I got in touch with you I have done an extensive market research into wedding cakes and I can say that your cakes are as beautiful as the ones made by the two most famous ladies in the business (the ones that bake cakes for all the celebrities), and that you only charge one fifth of the price, making your cakes accessible to everyone!
