We are a small agency run by Rachel Waddilove and Lucy Binns that offers a uniquely friendly, personal and professional service. Our main aim is to match the right Maternity Nurse or Nanny with the right family – this is always our goal. We need as much information from the client as possible in order to do this as well as knowing our Maternity Nurses and Nannies well so we can make the right connection.

At our nanny agency we have a wonderful team of highly experienced and lovely maternity nurses and nannies, selected via a rigorous process by us. Most importantly they come highly recommended from other parents. We only take on the best and our focus is on top quality, excellent references and those people who just have that extra special something. We hope we have someone to suit almost everyone.

Rachel’s Babies offers a Baby Sleep Consultancy service with our founder, Rachel Waddlove. Rachel is a renowned baby and child expert with over 40 years experience as a maternity nurse. She is also an author having written many parenting books including sleep solutions for babies.
