I started going to Boxing and Kettle bells with Lyn on a Thursday about 2 months ago. Lyn is so positive and full of energy. She makes the classes fun and works us hard at the same time! When I joined the class I was going through a really difficult time at work. Going to the class really helped me work through the challenges I was faced with. I now go to Pilates/Yoga with Rachel on Wednesdays and it is the best hour of my whole week. The class makes me feel totally at revived :) Thank you so much Ladies!
I have been training with Rachel at EWFS for over a year now and can honestly say during that time my fitness has improved 10 fold. I have gone to fitness classes at other large gyms for years and followed countless diets which gave me ok results but not to the same level as I have seen since my one to one PT sessions with Rachel. Rachel is a true professional, she knows what works and she knows when and how to push you. I needed someone who was going to be 'real' with me and I get that from Rachel's approach. She really knows her stuff and doesn't follow fads or latest fitness trends, you can tell that she spends ages researching and developing before she delivers guidance or a new fitness approach to her clients. Rachel also works with some of the most passionate and enthusiastic Associates you'll ever meet, whether you take a fitness class with Lynn, bootcamp with Hazel, sound therapy with Kanti or have your ouchy bits poked at by Laura, you know you are in the very best of hands! Finally, because the class sizes are smaller than your average gym fitness class you get to know your fellow fitness peeps and they are a really smashing group of people, whom are all at various levels and points in their fitness journey.
Rachel and instructors are amazing. Every class and bootcamp is a nice size group. Your pushed out of your comfort zone. And there is a good mix of encouragement and motivation. Classes and bootcamp feel personable and welcoming. Always enjoy training it's a lovely environment.
Joining box and burn and box and bell classes was the best thing I did! I have made some fantasic new friends as well as losing over a stone! I am pushed in each classes by excellant instructors and would reccomend this as a great and fun way to get ur body in shape!
Rachel is a fantastic personal trainer, blending the right mix of encouragement and motivation. Every class incorporates different equipment and challenges me in a different way. She is very personable and friendly. I look forward to our sessions and am comfortable that I couldn't have better support in reaching my fitness goals.
Absolutely fantastic place to train whether you are participating in a group session or a 1:1 session. I always feel motivated to push myself beyond my comfort zone and have a great time doing it. If you have fitness goals and need help achieving them or if you just want to work out with a bunch of great people this is the place to do it.
A word I never thought I would associate with exercise LOVE, exercise has always been my enemy never stuck to it no matter what I tried until my friend convinced me to try Box N Burn and yes I love it and I now also do Fat Burn both are excellent work outs which have allowed me to lose weight lots of inches and tone down two dress sizes :). Cant wait until tonight.
6am boot camps are a must for anyone who enjoys working with others and fancies a challenge! I know it sounds early, and I won't lie because it is, but the camaraderie of the group and being outdoors battling the elements makes the hour long session so enjoyable! Rachel is a motivating and inspirational trainer with a genuine care and concern for every member of the boot camp. Her vast experience allows her to work with a mixed ability group so whether you are an experienced exerciser or a beginner Rachel will have no trouble accommodating you. So, if you want a challenge, want to improve your fitness and strength, enjoy the outdoors and like working with a great bunch of people, this is the place for you! Fun, fat burning and fabulous.
I joined Rachel's box n burn during June with a friend and I have to say we are both hooked. Rachel's sessions are always fun and varied and provide a very good workout too. Rachel has great energy and enthusiasm in her classes and this really rubs off on the group along with her very bubbly personality. I also recently attended the last three weeks of Rachel's bootcamp and again I have to say I am hooked on these too. Again each session is varied and provides a good challenging workout for all involved. Rachel offers a good variation of exercises for individual requirements and is always very encouraging whilst helping to motivate and push the group and individuals too. I was quite nervous about joining the above groups not knowing what to expect and not sure how I would find it. However I am so glad I did as I really enjoy both and would highly recommend giving them a go. Both box n burn and bootcamp leave you feeling great afterwards and make the day begin with a very positive feel.Moreexpand_more
I've been working with Rachel, through her a mixture of boot camp sessions, box 'n' burn classes and dynamic yoga, for about a year in the run up to my wedding. Not only are the sessions enjoyable, but I've seen more changes in my body shape than years of going to the gym. I felt confident on my wedding day and the hard work paid off - I would definitely recommend Rachel to anyone else wanting to make a change.
Rachel's Box n Burn class is great. Forget trying to motivate yourself to go the gym to do the same old boring stuff. Each week is different - tough, but fun! Rachel is always encouraging, positive and a good laugh. And she knows her stuff. I started to feel fitter very quickly. Learning boxing drills is cool. Probably the first exercise classes I've ever looked forward to! Rachel's studio is a lovely space too. All in all, top class.Moreexpand_more
I hadn't exercised regularly for a number of years and was even concerned about getting through my first class! Rachel listened very well about my history and my aims and built a series of individual programmes to get me there. After only a few months I am now much fitter and stronger and more confident in my abilities. I have thoroughly enjoyed the motivation Rachel has given me and am now actively looking for new fitness challenges.
After 2 back operations and 2 years of fighting injury, I realised I needed some help to get fit again. I started seeing Rachel last June and she instantly understood my requirements, restrictions and weaknesses. We have been working to a tailormade programme each week and, although it has been hard work, I have enjoyed every minute of it. My back is now much stronger and I feel much more confident in my abilities to keep it that way going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rachel to anyone who wants to make fitness part of their daily life.
