Rabbitmanor is a terrible place to get a pet rabbit. The conditions are atrocious and they do not care for the rabbits who they are breeding appropriately. They say "they handle the rabbits a few day's old and are use to being handled" but the rabbit I bought was terrified of being handled and has taken me a long time before I could let my daughter pick her up without worrying about what could happen. The price for the rabbit in my opinion was over priced. I paid £25 for the rabbit and she was in a terrible condition when I picked her up. If you are after a new pet rabbit I advise you look else where.
Response : This review is outstandingly obtuse! We have never had any complaints before, one of us has over 16 years of having rabbits whilst the other has over 30 years. We have never had any problems or complaints. When every rabbit goes to a new home I always say that the rabbit will need to have time to get used to it new surroundings and its new owners. I always provide a care sheet and I also offer that if any needs any after care advice I am happy to help. With a new rabbit whether you have had one previously or you are a complete novice, every rabbit is different and requires individual needs.
If you are jumpy or nervous around the rabbit the rabbit will pick up on this, all animals do. As for the comment on terrible condition, if they are in terrible condition why did you buy the rabbit and why haven't you mention anything. Oh and why hasn't the veterinary nurse who on several different occasions has used us for boarding her two rabbits not ever mentioned anything? PRICE. Depending on the breed depends on the price. For instance some mini lops are sold by other breeders at £30 each and when you have the velvet rex rabbits some breeders are selling them at £25-£40 each. Now down to the pet shops who on average charge about £26.50 - £35. My local pet shop sells her rabbits at £30 each. Now I hope I have cleared a few things up for people, if not then I am happy to text, email, speak with, but I must clear one thing up. My brothers and cousins hold and stroke mine and my nanas rabbits and never have they EVER had any problems.Moreexpand_more
