Rob gave same-day service. He went 'the second mile' in doing more than I originally requested, in terms of minor household repairs. Also, Rob looked at a window which had become stuck fast. It was helpful that he quickly said that the repair was a specialist job, not for him. He also then recommended another tradesman for the purpose. Good value, prompt attention and someone who gave one confidence in his experience and ability.
